Wazz and Jons helped install and provide training for use of our new Trotec device. They were extremely friendly and helpful with their advice and assistance. I am happy with their help and service.

I have just had my machine (Speedy 100 30w) service by Wassim. I wasn't disappointed with his work, vast laser knowledge or friendliness, and he turned up on time. He was happy to explain things and answered my many questions with genuine interest of my understanding. I haven't been serving th e Speedy for a few years due to the Covid shutdowns impacting my business. But really glad I did this year, Wassim found and fixed a few issues despite the difficulty with my computer software issue. Can't recommend this guy high enough.

Yesterday we had 1/3 lasers up and running. Wassem came and made sure all 3 are working well and helped us understand how to keep them working well. Great service from Gloria too making sure parts were ordered before Wassem’s visit

Extremely happy with Wassem's service. He is so very thorough, spends enough time with me to make sure I fully understand how to use my machines. He has set all 3 of my new Speedy 100 machines up on Ruby so I can now upload all my files from Illustrator to Ruby from my main Mac computer (which I much prefer over navigating the 3 PCS) I was definitely hesitant to make the move from job control, especially running 3 machines BUT it is so much more efficient for my work flow and Wassem was very knowledgable on the program and left me feeling very confident that I can navigate it going forward. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10!

Wissem is amazing at walking you through the machines and troubleshooting issues. He is fully informed and speaks technical language in layman’s terms which makes is really easy to understand when training and using the machines.

Machine installed. Excellent work by Wassim.

Not very happy about the fact that we were not told that any new material we want to print on will need to be "tested and setup" by TROTEC.

Wazz was wonderful saved me $9000 and has explained things to me and has offered other things to help me on my way.

I have just had my machine (Speedy 300 120w) service by Wassim. A superb job yet again. He has been looking after my Speedy for approx 5 years now and I have never been disappointed with his work, knowledge or friendliness. Always on time and always happy to explain things. I bought a Trotec for reliability, quality and service. They never let me down.
