I never imagined that signing up for a service could turn into a three-year ordeal, but with Trikon, that's exactly what happened. My journey with them has been marked by a glaring lack of customer appreciation and an overwhelming effort to keep me locked into their services against my will. Every attempt to address issues or seek fair resolutions was met with indifference and a dismissive 'tough luck' response. It's clear that Trikon prioritizes their profits over customer satisfaction or loyalty. Their inflexibility and unhelpful customer service have left me feeling helpless and unheard. This experience has been a stark reminder of the importance of choosing a company that values and respects its customers. Beware of Trikon – a company that, in my experience, seems to do everything in its power to avoid genuinely addressing customer concerns.

Horrible service. We run a business and they approached us. The sales guy was friendly so we decided to switch. Biggest mistake ever!
Since we switched we have had nothing but issues. Either the internet is down or the phone line. It has not even been a month and we have had this issue 3 times already. We have lost so much business due to this. Their Sales guy doesn’t answer our phone calls and we have to spent hours on hold with their technical support team.

Worst decision ever to switch over.
