Matt was so great to deal with. Had small issue with a snowboard and these guys took care of it so quickly without hassle.

Well, talk about Bad Customer Service, I bought an item on "layby" from an Untrained Staff member, who Stuffed up My Transaction Completely, then had the nerve to blame me for the Assistant giving me the item with only a small amount of deposit (which they excepted by the way) and now I'm without the item and all they said was Sorry! Review your own Policies and Update your Website! Pfffft, Train your staff, don't blame the Customer!

Great customer service. Ordered some insoles online and the electronic tag was accidently left on. They sent me a label to ship it back to them express and then shipped it back to me express. Got it back in time for a weekend race.
