Trident (formerly A C Partners) had been my accountants and looked after my accounts for over ten years. Very professional and efficient.

Chin Ho, the main accountant, is extremely Rude. He was 35min late to our booked appointment and didn't even apologise. Instead, he treated me like I was an inconvenience, and then made me see another accountant because he was "too busy". And by that, I mean he was busy chatting and having a laugh with other employees.

On a side note, the other accountant and the receptionists were very nice. But the whole experience with Chin has ruined the Companies reputation for me. (I believe that Chin owns this company).

I do NOT recommend this company.

1. Your company WAS notified of my unpleasant experience and reception staff mentioned that Chin He would return the call. He did not make contact.

2. Chin mentioned that he could not lodge my tax return BEFORE I even took out my files, because "there was no time". Probably because he was late to my appointment.
The fact that there was a missing file is irrelevant to this situation and how he treated me.

3. Your company (and most other accounting firms) stated that if a client is unhappy with the return, and chooses not to lodge it, there will be no charge.

I chose to not proceed with your company because I was unhappy with the return AND by Chin's unprofessional behaviour.

Had recently engaged the service with Trident a month ago, Chin and Haydn had patiently helped me with restructuring my business and providing me very professional services. They had very friendly staffs and receptionist. Highly recommend their services and had referred them to my friends.

A C Partners have been our accountant since we moved to Melbourne a few years ago and has since took over our other financial planning, tax and other business needs. We cannot recommend them enough, they are high expertised in what they do and conveniently located in Box Hill. Thank you A C Partners!
