Not a pleasant experience here, my last experience was rude after conducting several purchases. Has gone completely downhill in regards to their customer care and ownership.

Always friendly staff, happy to help and give the best advice. I needed to get my engagement ring resize, it was fast service. I put it in on a Sunday and was back by Thursday and it looks so shiny and clean.

I have been buying jewellery from Trewarne since the early 90's from their original shop in Templstowe and from their Southland store for the last 12 years. Their passion for jewellery and their variety of style and design in their pieces are second to none, and you know what? Their customer service is even better! This is why I do not consider any other jewellery store when looking for a gift for loved ones!

After coming here a handful of times over the past few years. I can now safely say the service is always below par. Do not bother coming here unless you have a spare 5k to drop just to get their attention.
Each time I came in, I wanted to buy something specific or have it custom made, but the facial expressions we get upon walking in is not welcoming.
