Great sales service, friendly staff and knowledgeable. Had a fault with an AudioPro Sterio One mini system, that took a couple of goes to get it fixed, changing distributers didn't help. The after-sales service when there is a fault, is a bit of an issue.

A "standard" in the hifi arena.haven't been to the shop in years but I'll never forget the vast difference between Lees' Staff "Sales" technique compared to other Aftershave smelling disco dancers at other shops. They were pure audiofiles who would talk for hours about certain aspects of the industry/components etc. I also liked the fact that not much money was spent on image - purists!

I was planning to just vist a few HiFi stores on Saturday, have a look around, and have it installed by Sunday afternoon. Then I met Trevor. The dude is really excited about audio! I like him a lot. I explained what I want, and asked if there was a 'kit' or something he recommended. Nar, that isn't how it works at Trevor Lees Audio. He taught me all about the speakers and power delivery, components and configurations, as well as to understand the room, and other factors. I was really grateful for all that. Afterwards, I needed to spend a few months reading about the details of home audio/theatre. I tried a few set-ups in-store, and found what I liked. I appreciated all the time and education I got from Trevor and the others.
The store and the staff are a bit different, defiantly not the shopping experience some people might expect. Don't let your eyes fool you, look past that, listen to Trevor and listen to the sound.

Repair a speaker there before, when you pick up, just told you somewhere else is wrong too (which is good) and charge you more than agreed. Otherwise you can't get your speaker back. When I went home found that they put the wrong driver rubber on the speaker.worst experience! Not even a star.

A year ago answered an Ad, Trevor was so interesting and my system for my small apartment has been excellent couldn't be happier. Trevor is so knowledged and maybe a legend, Trevor took time to talk to me, a very empathetic person, thank you.

This company is not a professional audio store. I bought several thousands of dollars worth of products for a home stereo theatre set up on advice from Trevor and his sales staff. The system sounds horrific and the equipment is mismatched. They have offered no support other than attempting to sell me more products. Take one look at the place and stand in the shop for 5 minutes and what you see is what you get. Poorly arranged, unprofessional advice and terrible customer service. Don't expect any support either if anything goes wrong. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. There main activity is selling products direct on Ebay. So unless you know exactly what you want, Stay well away.
