Trentham Golf Club

Good course layout, some holes are tricky and require proper club selections. Condition of greens were ok, very slow for my liking and some greens played faster which wasn't too bad. Condition of fairways is poor. Still enjoyed playing there will come back in the future to see if TGC has improved a lot of potential here

We made a trip to Trentham to play in their weekly competition. We were paired with two very friendly members. The course is beautiful and in terrific condition. I think it is probably the best course in the Macedon ranges, if not the best it is right up there with Mt Macedon.

Our social club plays at Trentham annually and the course is amazing and dealing with Karen every year is a delight. Karen looks after our members needs every year. Thanks Karen you’re always polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Peter Mc

Felt in love with this golf course as a good combination of good course layout, nice weather as it is within Macedon ranges, good people. We were so lucky to tee off before 8am on Saturday, as there were many of member flight after us.
It is underrated VIC country golf course, the layout seems so simple but don’t underestimate the challenge. Will play here again.

First time playing this course.
Very well maintained. Nice layout. Not overly difficult, yet interesting enough for the average golfer.
Had a beautiful day playing 18 holes and it wasn't too busy and players were courteous and allowed playing through when necessary.

This golf club/ course, is gruelling a hidden gem in the Country. There are some beautiful holes on the back 9, like the 12th, and the par 3 complex of 13th and 15th.

Don't be deceived by the ACR 68, and DSR 119. This course needs to be respected, yes it's on the shortish side of total distance, but it will bite you with the tight treelined fairways. Great fun course for golfers of all abilities.

Highly recommend if you are in the region to visit and have a game.

It is the people that make a golf club awesome, and the folks at Trentham GC, are so friendly, warm and welcoming made me feel really comfortable and want to come back again.

Don't play golf, but know a lot of golfers, they all reckon this course is one of the best in country Victoria! Looking at all the improvement that they have done! I would have to agree!
Green fees for the general public are pretty reasonable too!

A wonderful country course. Greens were as good as the best courses in Melbourne! Definitely visit and enjoy the beautiful trees and peaceful surroundings.

Never encountered a more aggressive, intimidating and entitled local member as one this morning (13.2.22) in my 35 years of playing golf. Do not play here if you are female, or like to feel welcome. Horrific experience.

We really enjoyed our 9 holes today and was nice for us to all play well at different levels of ability. First time I have played at Trentham and was very impressed with the condition of the course, even more so because they had just finished multiple days of competition.
I look forward to playing here again.

We have enjoyed a few unforgettable rounds on such a pretty course, in spring and winter, very friendly committee welcomes visitors to their comp days with $20 green fee.

My wife and I played Trentham today for the first time. This is a great little country parkland golf course. The friendliness of members, volunteers & members was a stand out. We were made to feel very welcome. The course is a nice mix of holes and quite tight in places, if you're on your game you could have a day out. The greens are fantastic, they roll well, are true and have good pace. I found the sand in the bunkers to be really good & consistent. We found the fairways a bit sparse but that's probably a seasonal thing. We'll definitely return to Trentham GC.

Only played the front 10 holes, but was an absolute pleasure. Tight fairways and ball placement important on holes that are not overly long. The greens and bunkers are superb. Well worth playing.

Played Trentham GC now for a fourth time and this golf course and the members hospitality never fails to disappoint!
A fantastic country course excellently maintained by members volunteering their time, the girls in The Birdie kitchen know how cater for the big groups that play here often and their food is always delicious!
The beers in the bar are always cold.
A superb venue for one of the Victorian 4BBBB qualifying events.
We’ll be back for a fifth round for sure!

Excellent condition. Contactless green fees. Please book green fees on busy days. Greens are super fast. 3 putted like a boss

Had our first game at Trentham Golf Club this week and loved it. Great layout, nice fairways and very nice greens.

Great course loved it. Well maintained if you visit the area for the weekend throw the clubs in you won't regret it

This was my second visit to Trentham. I've been waiting years to go back and it didn't disappoint. It is the prettiest course, very tricky but hugely satisfying and as friendly as you will ever find. Do yourself a very big favour and experience one of your best days out and pretend you can beat your handicap.
