4Similar to another person’s review (Emily Beever) for today, the retail staff that works today is impertinent. Made the most grotesque facial expression when we walked into the store, which ruins the mood really so we left without wanting to shop in a store that doesn’t welcome us. Calling you rude is just being kind. You are rude and disrespectful. Don’t greet us and proceed to not even looks at our expressions while making a nasty one there if you have no interest in interacting with us. We’re fine with you remaining quiet.
Today in the morning I went to shop at Trenery Melbourne Central. The sales lady in the shop was very rude. When I ask for assistance from her she reacted like I have come to get something free. The gentleman who served me when I entered was really nice. But because of the lady who was at the counter I decided not to buy anything. I am a Trenery lover from long time but it was sad to have such an experience.in my favourite shop. Trentery management, pl ease don't employ these kind of people for customer service.
Alec helped me out. Total champ who couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgable.
