Brought double glazed windows which are very cheap and nasty stay away

Last week I visited the showroom for an appointment and was blown away by the level of service I received. Victoria was beyond helpful. Extremely knowledgable, personable, and professional. Together we actually changed our house plans for the better and managed to save some costs. The showroom is a must visit for anyone looking to get hands on with their windows and doors before installation, with the help of a creative expert. Massive thanks to Victoria for her invaluable help.

I tried several times to call ahead to make an appointment however no one answered the phone so I made the mistake to come in person. We have never felt so unwelcome by the sales person who was unbelievably rude that we dared to come into the showroom without an appointment. The frames looked cheap and nasty too. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Visited the showroom at Hawthorn. Me and my wife didn't feel welcomed from the hospitality received by the staff. We are also not impressed with their product quality. In the Botanica range, over-use of glue can be seen as excess amount dried up on the glass next to the wooden frame. The double glazed is of a low quality structure. The movements of Synergy range seem flimsy. One would expect the best to be installed in a showroom and if that is the best, it does speaks of the product quality.
