Trend Windows & Doors Bayswater

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME; Our new sliding doors and windows are awesome, however after a comedy of errors- no glass in the louvres for weeks.they finally arrive, and there are broken panes.another 3 weeks till they arrive. Then there were no keys for the louvres. We were given 8 keys for 2 windows. And then they had the audacity to say they will charge us as the louvre window LOCKS DO NOT WORK. They barrel does not engage or click over, none of the 8 keys work. They did NOT test the keys when they left them, yet they imply that a bunch of grown adults are idiots as we can't make them work. OMG customer service is ATROCIOUS. I would not waste my time with this company ever again. There's a reason why they are not leaders in their field.

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I wouldn't use them if their windows were free. Avoid! Customer service is non existent and had to spend 8 months chasing up warranty replacement for windows that have failed twice already. Then replacements were installed with adhesive residue all over the glass.

Terrible to deal with from start to finish. The care for their customers and product is next to zero.
Nothing with our window was straight forward or professional.

The reviews are mostly all bad, for good reason. To warn people from ever dealing with them.

I would never ever buy from them again.

To Mel from Trend who has responded to my review requesting I contact them in order to escalate. I’m leaving these issues with my builder to sort and see how it gets resolved and how long before I personally escalate and edit my review to involve the specific issues.
Let’s see how Trend handle their stuff ups. Stay tuned.

Have left 4 voice mails and 3 emails to Simone, apparent sales rep. No one ever calls back. Can't rate windows if they won't sell them.

Don't seem to want the work, I have asked multiple times for a quote - the first time they referred me to another company based in Carrum Downs who don't provide the product I'm after, and when I insisted I was after a quote on a Trend product I received no reply. No answer when I try and call them either.

Our windows and doors are 5 star quality and fit perfectly. Brad patiently talked us through all options at the Showroom on a Saturday and everything went to plan with agreed delivery time. Would highly recommend if you are looking for quality and fine service.

There was a bit of miscommunication and when the windows arrived in black aluminium there were a lot of marks and one of my highup larger window had marked inside the double glazing. When they came back to fix these problems, well I had a hard time convincing them too They weren’t perfect and that was completely excepted by them.
And when they replaced my window which is about 6 mt in the air, left it completely filthy and marked
I would never use trend windows again, there was just a lack of help, understanding and everything took forever

Extremely poor quality. Every Trend window in our house required a new winder mechanism after just 4 years with very little use.

Trend windows are a wonderful generous company they Evan kindly donated over $300 to our kindergarten. Thank you trend windows for your generosity and support!

The window is gorgeous. We love our design and the functionality.
The process was easy, friendly and affordable.
Staff were great to deal with - to a point.
Unfortunately, the customer care went speedily downhill to zero once we paid them.
I'd use them again - just wouldn't pay until everything is done.
It took a week after delivery to glaze. Then the fly screen was the wrong size. The replacement was also the wrong size. Nobody responded to emails or calls. It's taken over a month.
Mozzies are out and we can't have the window open.
Expectation was that once it was delivered, we could install it and it'd be finished.
Not so.

Trend Windows Bayswater is hopeless! Don't bother trying to order from them. It takes weeks just to get a quote, then the quotes are full of errors. Their phone often rings out with no one answering and if you do get to leave a message no one ever rings back. Much easier to find another supplier instead of wasting your time with Trend Bayswater.

Tried to call for a quote on a window. Incredibly rude and snappy lady on the other end of the phone. Won't even bother to investigate their services further if that's the service you get in stage 1 of getting a quote.

Walked into the showroom at 11: 45 on a Saturday. Walked around for 10 mins opening windows and doors. Person working on the computer just to the right of reception did not even make eye contact, let alone a greeting or acknowledgement of our presence. Left 10 minutes later and it was as if we had never been there. Wow!

They don't answer their phones, they change delivery dates without advising you and when they do advise a delivery slot, they just don't bother turning up.
