Disappointed with the service. After purchasing several Remember Me roses as a memorial garden for my mum. Her sister and I had them planted in several locations (different towns for family members) and we lost each one. No compensation. Slow to get a response and unconnected to why these were so improved us. Extremely disappointing.

So disappointed, I asked for a replacement standard rose as I purchased ten and one was not healthy despite me treating them all the same. I had such a disappointment with the customer service I received from my emails.
Despite what Treloar has written below I still have not been offered a replacement.

The visit to this Rose farm was an eye opener for me; sap many different types of roses.
We were also lucky so see most of them in full flower.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
A great place to visit.

I have been buying from these guys for years.
Product never disappoints.
Amazing quality and great service.
Would never buy my roses from anywhere else

I bought abracadabra and it turned out nothing like what was pictured. It flowered all red and tiny flowers. When I contacted Treloar they told me this can happen it will throw back to the parent plant which is red and may never get the striped roses they display in the pictures. They told me they would send me a replacement plant next June when the next shipment goes out. I'd just rather my money back but apparently thats not an option. I could end up with another straight red rose. What a scam. They don't mention that when selling them. I've got nicer roses from Bunnings. I would never buy from Treloar again. Very disappointed

FANTASTIC experience. The staff here are amazing. My wife and I walked the gardens and although not much was in bloom, there were some. The 2 ladies on the day we visited were brilliant, I think one of them was Brooke. We purchased 2 roses and can’t wait to get them in the garden. Thankyou, will definitely return.

This company was introduced to buy by the gardening magazine and I went ahead to buy around 20 roses costed me approx $380. This week I received an email from them saying I need to call them to pay for extra post of $3.49 and I wrote back saying ok pls take it out of my card. The reply was they can’t. So I said just take out one rose and refund me the remaining $. The reply is the refund cost me charges of 3%. So I cancelled the entire order and going to Bunnings which will cost me half of what I paid! I don’t know how to support a small business with this kind of attitude

Bought nearly 10 bare rooted roses from them for last 2 years, no issues, roses were all healthy and turned out good, price wise are pretty fare too I think

I had too many regrets about visiting Treloar Roses today, and all about time. This was such a wonderful place to visit I wish we had more time. Definitely planning a day trip back and picnic basket ready to absorb the floral banquet and awe inspiring gardens.
Kelly who assisted us at the shop gave great advise on how to bring our gardens back to life.

I recently purchased two potted roses from your nursery. When they arrived it was noticed that one had black spot and a fungal disease on its leaves. I endeavoured to treat the problem with a recommended spray and also removed affected leaves but the problem persists. Your staff have denied the fact that it could have been dispatched with black spot but have indicated that the problem can be rectified but will take some time. As the rose was purchased as a Christmas gift this is quite unacceptable. Another replacement rose will now have to be purchased. I had faith in your business as a number of roses were purchased from you on a previous occasion with no concerns. I find the attitude of your staff to be non committal and I now feel that your reputation has been tarnished.

I was not happy with the quality of one of the roses from my order. Treloar requested photos and requested me to complete a 2 page questionaire detailing how I've cared for the new rose. Upon providing this they advised me I should not have used seasol (which many other rose experts advise to use). And they requested I provide a soil pH test (at my cost). If/when I provide this, Treloar will then consider if they will replace the rose next year or not.

I've opted not to do the pH test as pH testing kits cost more than a new rose. I'm satisfied that the pH of my soil is good as I have 28 roses in the same soil and this one is the only one struggling. I will cut my losses and replace the rose myself.

I will not shop with Treloar again.

Beautiful roses, great service but I lost 3 standard and 3 miniature roses. 4 died from a white mould and spiders, 2 died as soon as we got them. My balcony only had the new roses so I have no clue where the mould and spider issues came from. Treloar staff were great and answered all my enquiries and calls. Happy with the service.
They are only replace one miniature rose that died, the rest I was told weren't covered by guarantee.
Went to Bunnings, paid more, however new roses are disease and bug free. But the Treloar roses are much prettier and better quality when they survive. Give them a go, friendly staff, great products just disappointed 1/2 my plants died but if your plants live they are beautiful.

Just wanted to say a big thank you bought bare rooted roses and planted early July I now have beautiful healthy bushes with good quality blooms would certainly recommend this site Cara Henwood

Delivery timing exactly as requested, roses are always of good quality, and the free rose received today was a perfect match to what the other roses in my order were.

Our roses are now in their bed; thank you for Masquerade (the gift rose) she will blend beautifully with the others, as for Zéphérine, she will grow on the front veranda.

Called up to inquire about 75 roses that I wanted to buy, got a better price of a lady and when I called 1 hour later to pay, I was told by another lady I won’t be getting a” better price”
Very disappointing! Poor customer service!
I would rather be told there is no better price to start with then be treated this way.
Happy to go ahead with Wagner Nursery, very professional customer service, ladies are lovely plus best prices in the whole Australia!

Standard rose bushes arrived in great shape and are now in the ground. Plus a little surprise was also included. I’m now in a hurry for spring to arrive and reveal their full glory.
