I do really like this place. It has all you need for trailers, towing, 4x4, springs, winches etc, etc. Friendly helpful staff, reasonable pricing.

We have just had a Jungle Bullbar fitted to our new Toyota Hilux and we would like to thank the people from TREK at Epping Vic, who did a terrific job on the installation of same. Ordered a part, about 2.5 weeks later I emailed the support line to get an update - no response. After 3.5 weeks I emailed again - no response. Rang the company and they said oh yeh we can't get that part.

Outstanding service: I ordered spare parts for my Dunbier trailer on line. They shipped and were delivered to Sydney within a few days. WAY better than the spare parts people at Dunbier NSW who still (after several weeks) have not replied to my original request for assistance. So, do yourself a favour and get what you need from Trek. Just outstanding.

If you can't find what you need for trailer it might not be available lol.
Plenty of stock and staff know there products

Service was absolutely fantastic. Dharma was very knowledgeable with all the products and was able to suggest alternatives for products that I was looking that were better for what I needed. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Ordered stabilisers online/pick-up instore, they didn't have the colour I ordered, they made contact and offered the black ones. Very happy with product and service. Worked exceptionally well with my heavy drawer system.

The Recovery hooks for my Navara D40 fitted perfectly no need to take front bar off. There super strong I’d highly recommend them. Awesome

These 2 consultants made it a simple and hassle free transaction for me. Appreciated the great customer service experience because these days it is extremely rare to receive it I have to say.

Brought MSA Towing Mirrors, after returning 4 times indicator in drivers Mirror still not working properly, over Trek Hardware and MSA they just wouldn't send a new Mirror, kept saying it was a loose wire and that they had fixed it BUT NO sick of ringing them, lucky to get one star

Bought a pair of Quick Fist mounts for my roof rack to attach a shovel for when we go offroading/beach driving. Found Trek to be the cheapest around, also super fast express postage. Very happy with the service and product I received. Will definitely be back for other items. Cheers guys

Good 4x4 shop great savings on high quality goods a must for off road users quality truck parts also.

Great customer service we had some trouble with a 3rd party but Darren had it sorted no excuses just good old fashioned service.

Staff were not interested in serving a female.

When I was finally acknowledged standing at the register for a few mins, the attendant had poor customer service skills or had no idea what he was talking about. He was not helpful at all.
After each question he answered he kept walking away?
I felt like I was a burden having questions.

I wanted to make a purchase but I'd rather pay someone who has a bit more passion for their paycheck.
