Went there for a friends birthday the other week and we had so much fun. The venue was packed on Saturday night and luckily we didn’t have any issue getting our room as they promised. 5 star service from the start to the end. (We’ve had issues in other karaoke places where they gave our room to other people). The karaoke machine was easy to use which also had YouTube function to search for songs. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Always offered to bring drinks to the room so we don’t need to wait around. Btw their drinks are not watered down. Great place

Was told it was $20 per person via communication on their Instagram, got there and then it was $35. Also was told they have a normal bar and when we got there it was only bottle service, and mixers were extra $10 for a $1 bottle of Woolworths soda. System was slow and not many songs but luckily got moved to a room with the YouTube function.

So far I have eaten the best Chinese food in Melbourne. It is really not a surprise. I recommend it!

Their balcony is perfect for some fresh air after singing with your crazy friends for too long

Opens at 9pm when we visited Wednesday night. In the website they open at 6pm or 630pm. The reception is on the second floor. 3rd floor is the ktv rooms. The room that we got can accommodate up to 5 person. They might have bigger rooms.

The touchscreen monitor to select songs is the best I've seen so far. Plenty of music to choose from. Experienced mic problem. Make sure the mic is perfectly working and batteries changed.

The male and female toilet cubicle is in one room with one ante room. You know what mean when you see it. You'll still have privacy.

Otherwise great experience.

Owner tried to charge us a ridiculous price for a vine, literally seeing how much the can take us for a ride. Ridiculous lol.

The Mic was a bit annoying to use. The owner was incredibly nice. It's not too pricey and they have a decent collection of music, and the music player isn't difficult to use. Unfortunately I didn't try the drinks. Had a lot of fun. Will probably come back.

This was our first time doing karaoke in a private room. You can have your drinks in the room or on the balcony. Will 1000% come back.

You know what, more than a half of foods on the menu they don’t supply here and the rest are from somewhere else by ordering takeaway foods. Funny, isn’t it?

We were told we could stay in the room until 1am, however we were kicked out at 11: 50 for what seemed like no reason but that the staff wished to close up early. Extremely disappointing service from all staff.

Were originally told we could stay till 1am for $98 but then they soon changed that to 12am because they clearly wanted to knock off early and THEN they had us leave at 11: 40 claiming that it was 12 am when it clearly isn’t even at the time of writing this. DO NOT GO!

Worst customer service, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Outdated KTV system and dodgy cleaning fee.

I regularly visit another KTV across the road from this place but wanted to try for a change as it's a relatively new venue. Went in the early afternoon probably as the first customer that day, got a room but wanted to leave as soon as realising their songs and system are very outdated. Didn't order food or drinks, came back out in less than 5 minutes but we were asked to pay $20 "cleaning fee", unsure to clean what. Wouldnt return my ID, argued for 40 minutes. My ID was returned immediately when I dialled for police. As we left the place the worker yelled 'don't come if you can't afford'

Not expensive if going with a group of friends. Food is acceptable. Hated that there's no option to change key for songs.
Went there few times, their customer service never improve! Waiter never respond to bell even if you requested them again and again. Tried pressing the button like crazy but nothing happens. You must go downstairs with the menu to order your food. Also, it takes so long for your food to arrive.
But I'll still visit there, as it's a great place to hangout with friends, spending whole afternoon there.

Worst customer service ever! It took the receptionist almost half an hour to find our booking and didn't even apologize. The Indian security guard interrupted our singing three times in an hour for all sorts of "so-called" security reasons with an awful attitude. It was a terrible experience and totally waste of money!

Decent venue in an accessible spot, I'm not sure about their choice of food spread - it's too confusing. The karaoke system is not in English, but has a large selection of eastern and western songs. Pricey drinks. Great vibe with the people who I were with, will go back to this one? Maybe not. Too expensive
