Bought a fantastic leather biker jacket from here while visiting the area during Easter. The leather jackets here are of high quality - and very stylish! Think quilted leather bombers and long-line leather puffer jackets. The friendly in-store stylist had studied fashion, had a great eye for detail and was spot on with her recommendations. A far better experience shopping here than the “quirky” shop in the corner, where the in-store stylist was hellbent on preserving the displays as is and intent on chasing customers out of the store with her acerbic remarks.

This is for the lovely lady who served me this afternoon (13/04/23) : Thanks for the wonderful customer service, you were so helpful in helping me choose the correct size. I'll be back for sure:)

Wanted a refund for a faulty ring, owner refused to refund and yelled at me to get out of the store. I'm not a confronting person by nature and was calm throughout the ordeal but this was unprofessional on his part 100%

Just Wow.so much beautiful quality. The woman who served us was so full of information about the products and so kind and engaging.hard to find customer service that exemplary. Iwasnt looking to purchase, but as a result I bought a lamp for my cat:)

This place needs a new staff member when you say excuse me after waiting for several minutes to get past her whilst she is stacking boxes only to be told "and you can't wait " made a special trip to purchase 2 leather jackets
. Will spend my money elsewhere.very poor service. And your response to a genuine complaint says it all!

Lots of really nice Turkish goods - leather bags, jackets, shoes, colorful lighting and crockery. Not super cheap so look for specials.

Treasures of Istanbul’s, you left a very bad taste in our mouth. We are locals, and love to support our local businesses. I bought a leather bag in June, which broke not long after. The owner of this shop was horrible to deal with as he wouldn’t deal
With us at all. As the bag broke after the 3 month warranty (which is also a little strange for a “good quality leather bag”) they said they were within their rights not to help us in any way.

I will never recommend them, and in all honesty even 1 star is too generous.

Beautiful shop and picked up some lovely earrings for Mum for Christmas. Sales lady on the day very helpful and accommodating.

We have been buying here for several years, and always enjoy returning. There are a variety of goods on offer, which are of a good quality and well priced. The leather jackets are especially well made, and very fashionable. We have bought many jackets over the years to add to our collection, and we are impressed with how they wear. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Great for jackets hats and shoes. The jacket was great and very attentive service when it was our turn.
