5 We paid for “the works” ticket so meal, seat and luggage only to get to the airport and be told we had seat only, luckily the lady there managed to fix it so our luggage was loaded, our 9 month old daughters ticket was completely separate to ours so they had to spend nearly an hour trying to fix that but because the booking had been completely messed up we then ended up holding up the entire flight as it flagged our baby as a do not board due to major booking error
I contacted Travlr to say we weren’t happy we had paid for the expensive ticket to be issued the cheapest and that the booking was completely messed up causing stress and a delayed plane and we received a reply saying take the ticket issue up with the airline (Um we booked with Travlr not through the airline) and zero response to absolute shambles we were left to try and deal with at the airport because Travlr completely messed up a simple booking of 3 adults 1 baby
Thank you to Air NZ for fixing things as best they could and getting us all on board and to our destination
We will NEVER use Travlr again and not because there were booking issues but because when I contacted them with the issues I was basically told not their problem and they didn’t care
Terrible customer service, awful experience due to a messed up booking but Air NZ I can not praise enough
The manager at the desk said they have had many issues with these people so I’d advise you book with someone else
Very poor service don’t book with this mob under any circumstance you will be stranded
Trying to book flights to use up credit from 2 years ago, they don't answer phones if you leave message they don't call back. When dealing via email their booking system only allows 15 minutes to book and make payment which doesn't work for everyone. Very hard to organise holidays
Very high priced flights. The mix and match does not work too well for same airlines. If you choose an airline for one way and then the same airline for return is very high priced almost double the one-way.
Generally good communication; you do need to triple-check everything they send you, as bookings aren't changeable/transferable/refundable. Found them a little more expensive for fares, then the admin fee on top - so if I don't need to Humm the flights next time I'll likely book direct with the airline.
Despite a hiccup with their system booking the wrong class flight by accident, the Travlr team eventually sorted this out with the airline. I was able to pay by Humm in interest free installments for my business class one way fare Europe to Australia which was pretty convenient.
