Ed has been my travel agent for 5+ years now and has allowed me to travel hassle free to 27 countries to date. Most recently was a UAE/UK/EU trip that was professionally organised. Ed has the best travel knowledge, and communication of anyone I have met and this matched with his friendly personality makes it feel like you are not just planning a trip with your own personal travel agent, but a great friend.
I have and will continue to recommend Ed to anyone who is looking to travel nationally and internationally because he is by far the most capable person for the job.
I can't wait to discuss my next adventure.

Had a wonderful trip that was very well organised by Ed at Travel Managers. Everything went like clockwork and if there was a hiccup (such as a delayed flight) there was always someone to meet us and sort things out.

Ed has gone above and beyond in helping us plan our holiday. Always went out of his way to help us with any questions and to organise things we needed.

We had a couple of ups and downs due to personal circumstances right before we flew out but Ed was right there (in another state from us I might add) to help us, which I can’t thank enough.

It wasn’t just Ed helping us right when we needed it most that made me give him 5 stars. From the very beginning he has been so helpful and friendly and willing to help in any way (quick to reply too) that I feel he deserves the 5 stars and a great review.

We had a spectacular trip to Darwin and Kakadu. Perfectly organized and spot on in terms of what we've arranged with Ed. Great communication and a very smooth process. Could not have wished for anything better!

I recently went on a holiday package that Ed had tailor made involving the REX 5 stop milk run from Brisbane to Mount Isa, and The Inlander train from Mount Isa to Townsville. Ed went above and beyond to ensure that the small group had a great time! He managed to get us Qantas Club lounge access in Melbourne; a welcome fruit platter in Brisbane, along with a welcome drink in the lobby. He also presented to us a little showbag to have.

The transfer company used in Brisbane was not only professional and punctual, but the drivers also had a great sense of humour.

The next part of our trip was the Milk Run. Ed had selected prime viewing seats for us and the airline had arranged a souvenir for us to have. A couple of us had really wanted to have enough time to stop at the Birdsville Pub for a beer. Normally a flyover stop, Ed had arranged as we were boarding, for them to give us a 40 minute break there - absolutely stoked by this and the effort he put in to cross off a bucket list item! The air hostess Jess also made this trip a delight.

In Mount Isa, Ed had selected a hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk everywhere in town, but far enough away to not hear the road noise of road trains. A bonus was we had great views of the main mine and at 8am every morning could hear the rumble of the mine explosions for 30 seconds or so! Ed had suggested we go to a local footy match - which we all did and boy was that an experience! The rules up there are something different

Next up was The Inlander train, we were given a quick private tour with some goodies for us. Yet again, Ed had provided us ample seating with great views.

Our final stop was Townsville. This property had a gorgeous infinity pool which was much needed after our 21 hour train journey where we relaxed in the sun. On our final day Ed suggested we go on a self guided tour on motorised scooters which was only $15 for just over 2 hours where we saw all the main sights of Townsville!

Ed was organised, professional and efficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone wanting to do something different to see Australia! Thank you TravelManagersBuninyong.

Ed recently booked a tour for a group of us to got on a REX airline milk run from Brisbane to Mt Isa stopping at various isolated towns along the way and return to Townsville via train on Queensland rails Inlander train for 7 days. The accommodation was to great standard along with the tours organised. This also included our return airfares from and to Melbourne.
This was a great and professionally organised trip. He was easy to deal with and kept me well informed on everything throughout the booking process.
I would highly recommend Ed to all my friends and contacts wishing to organise a holiday or even a weekend getaway.
You will not be disappointed with his professional attitude and the quality of work he does.

Ed organised for our group of friends to do something completely different in this time of covid. A REX milk run. Stopping off at 8 stops across regional Queensland even getting in a beer with the locals at Birdsville. A few days in Mt. Isa and a decent overnight train ride into Townsville. By using a Travel agent we had someone who had experience and ideas we wouldn't of found on our own.

Previous to having Ed as my TA, i had nearly always booked my own flights/trips, but when things went belly up, i was "flying solo" in terms of trying to deal with Airlines etc to get myself out of a horrible pickle.
It's a stressful thing to face, trying to deal with a cancelled flight, especially when you are already overseas, and/or part way thru an itinerary.
I booked a massive 11 country trip with Ed a few years ago, which involved 26 flights and 2 trains, and all was going well until Paris.
A quick call to Ed, and he took the stress out of the situation by getting it sorted on my behalf, and without the need for me to do a thing.
I realised then, the true value of a GOOD Travel Agent, and from that point on, Ed became my permanent Travel Agent.
Never again shall i book a trip myself.
The popular misconception out there is that booking things yourself is cheaper.
This is NOT the case!
Most times, Travel Agents have access to prices and deals that the public don't have access to.
In any case, the true value of a Travel Agent lies not in the price you pay, but it will be that Travel Agent who fixes issues if they happen to arise.
A personal Travel Agent/Manager (as opposed to an El Cheapo online Travel Agent) is there for you, from the start to the end of your trip.
An online "Travel Agent" is not really a Travel Agent at all.
They are a faceless entity there only to take your money, without providing real time support when needed.
I can't stress enough, the value of a real live Travel Agent, and to that end, Ed will be the only one to ever book my Travel.
