Melanie Carter has been great as our travel agent. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and I highly recommend her.

Our trip to the Middle East has just been cancelled due to the security situation there and Melanie has gone above and beyond to ensure we receive a full refund. This is the reason I use a travel agent - when things go pear-shaped they are there for you.

I cannot recommend Melanie enough! She is currently organising our third family holiday and there is no way we could do it without her! Melanie is so knowledgeable about all aspects of travel and thinks of all the minute details that we would have missed ourselves. Her attention to detail means that our holidays have gone perfectly to plan and we always marvel at the way she plans for things that would not have occurred to us until we arrived.

Our most recent holiday in Vanuatu was spectacular, Melanie helped us find the perfect accommodation that met all of our family's needs and she organised our flights and transfers too. We are excited for our upcoming European holiday and feel confident that all is taken care of thanks to her!

It is beyond me why travellers don’t use an agent when travelling, it really does take the pain out of any issues or interruptions.
On my latest trip I had flight cancellations by the airline, which Melanie dealt with expeditiously and professionally and once she discovered that I was unwell offered to call my hotel and ensure I was taken care of, this was all very much appreciated.

We booked our family holiday to Queensland with Melanie and it was by far our best decision! Mel took all of the stress out of organising accommodation, car hire, theme park passes, etc. We could just turn up and relax. She also found us some fantastic deals that we would never had known about which saved us so much time and money.
