I know there’s a traveler aid in Southern Cross near the Sky Bus, never knew there’s one too in Flinders Station! This one is a lot closer to get to - definitely great to get quick help and solve phone battery dying issue.
It’s located next to the entrance of Platform 10. Very friendly staff who are willing to help.
A small charge for minding your bag, freeing you up for the whole day if need. Wonderful helpful staff every single time, even when I lost my bag tag. Regular user, love the service. You guys Rock!
You can leave your luggage here and go around the city without carrying them. But they close at 5, otherwise you can pick your bags next day. The staff is really helpful.
