Went to epping to exchange about $2500 us dollars and lady refused due to to many $1 dollar notes
drove all the way from greenvale to do it on my only day off.so disappointed

I was exchanging money at Trevelex Epping Plaza. The lady who was looking after me, her name is Veronica or Vanessa (sorry) was so helpful. She saw that I was nervous, and stressed due to wanting to do it on line but Veronica/Vanessa (sorry) explained to me that it would have to be by Bpay due to me not having pay id and it is upto the bank to let go of the money transfer by Monday which was cutting it fine.so she helped me through the process. I felt at ease when she reassured me that everything would be fine. Veronica/Vanessa at Travelex Epping Plaza was great to deal with.

Smooth hassle free process. Offered help beyond what was requested. Will easily use their service again.
