The lady at the counter at Northland gave great travel advice and was super friendly. In and out in less than five minutes.

We visited the branch in Northland shopping centre today. Our teller Michelle was absolutely fantastic and welcoming! We had multiple exchanges we had to make and she was so patient. Even went the extra mile in making sure we had clean crisp bills. Thank you Michelle for your advice and wisdom!

Big ups to Michelle! I'm not normally one to go to money exchange stores, but due to my own fault I've left it a little late and needed to drop in. Wow! Michelle was not only great to have a chat to, she helped steer me in the right direction and make sure I got the best rate in the shortest period of time possible.

I would most definitely use TravelEx again, and specifically the Northland location because of the experience, support and help from Michelle!

Very poor service, the rate was a lot better at the airport and negotiable which you would think it would be the opposite and they try sell you the old “you can’t buy currency online”
Pathetic, don’t be a fool and exchange money at travelex Preston. You will be getting ripped off! If there was an option to pick less than a star I definitely would!
