Travela provide a really great travel service. Unlike other travel agents Sameer believes in providing an overall excellent customer experience. This means you can rely on Sameer providing excellent advice on things like visa, travel restrictions etc.he doesn’t need to however this does create fantastic exp for the customer. Highly recommended due to a very personalised service!

Had a trip planned for Dubai and India but due to family circumstances had to return back on an emergency flight by myself. Anuj guided me all the way home and checked on my flights to ensure I was safe. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Our experience with Travela was wonderful.
This was our first trip to Australia/New Zealand. Our trip was planned to the minutest details and in a very assuring manner.
Anuj was always there to answer any questions we had with the result that we had a memorable and comfortable trip (with some minor glitches).

Request the company to look into their following policies in order to attract international customers
1. Any paymentis made with a credit card a 2.9% fees was charged by Travela. This fee was a big surprise for us. Moreover, during our trip hardly any other vendor/restaurant/store in New Zealand or Australia charged this fee. Usually these fees are never paid by customer. In international transactions credit card is the safest and quickest mode of making payments.
2. Detailed breakup of hotel/flight and other charges are not shared with the customer. Sharing this breakup can enable a customer to tweek/modify his plans accordingly.

I was wanting to bring my parents to Australia as soon as the borders open. But i was unable to find tickets. I came across travela on facebook. I was hesistant to book tickets as i was not sure whether they are genuine eventhough i had read about them. Anyways long story short, i contacted them and spoke with Sameer and i must say i am really impressed with the service provided. He helped me throughout the process and gave me few options for flight tickets that were affordable for me at this stage. Right from finding tickets to checking in was an easy process.
