5Absolutely amazing service by Steph! I provided her some dates I was looking at travelling, and she provided me with a few different quotes! She walked me through the payment process, and how to upgrade my seats for extra legroom. As a 6.5" man this is very important to me. Chloe from the Vermont office was also able to step in during Steph's absence to help finalise my trip. Stellar service, will recommend to all my friends and family. Personalised, friendly, much better than the online sites you can access! 10/10
With every booking they have gone above and beyond. Sue, Barb and Siobhan have been my agents for 10 years or so. My wants are generally not run of the mill and my expectations are high and they have delivered every time with holidays that are memorable. The benefit I have found is they have been to many places and understand my needs and wants of what a good holiday means to me. They even look after family members in NSW which says a great deal. My sons and their friends booked a christmas holiday to Vietnam through travel plus. There was a problem with one of the tickets.

Vietnam airlines canceled a ticket at the airport. Rosana Yung and the staff were extremely helpful and sorted out the problem.
I am extremely pleased they booked through a travel agent that cared. If it was online direct with the airline who knows what would have happened.
