Very smooth. I got my first prefered appointment, submitted all the documents on that day (although my photo wasn't quite right). Submitted another photo next day and the next day got my passport stamped! Thanks to Kookie for his help and advising me to only avoid submitting unnecessary documents

We booked and applied for our Japanese multiple entry visa here. Ms Kiyoka has been helpful throughout the process from the start to the end. She informed us about the required documents and what to expect during the process. We sent some wrong documents but were told to submit them via email instead. Finally we got our visa approved within 5 business days. Couldn't be happier. Great experience. Very recommended with this service.

Purchased my JR rail passes from here. Very good customer service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick transaction turnaround also - rail passes were available for pick-up within 30 minutes.
