The staff are so efficient, with fast service. They work so hard, and are open seemingly all the time. Friendly, great freshly made food.

I don't recommend ordering from this place $11.50 fish and chips I counted them 20 chips and half a piece of flake very disappointed more salt than potato

Disgusting, the chips were poorly cooked and when I tried to call the store they were trying to put the fault on the chip company but it was the Hotspots fault and they didn’t own up to it! DO NOT ORDER AT THIS PLACE disgusting customer service!

Great hamburger. If it isn't MacDonald's burgers.it's great.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND the prawns (they’ve been marinated in garlic and the crumb coat is light and crunchy)!

We only got mixed seafood (prawns, scallop, crab stick) with onion rings. The scallops and crab stick were also surprisingly well done.

We would never give this a miss if we ever drive by Traralgon.

Go here occasionally for whatever food I'm in the mood for. This day wanted a couple of steak sandwiches and they were very nice which was just as well as I paid $10 each which is pricey. Staff nice. Food variety good.

Service 11/10, Food 11/10, Positive and welcoming environment 11/10. Hot spot has been there for us for the better part of a decade and throughout that time we feel as if we are family with them. Lovely service always with a smile and the staff have such a positive energy. I wish the staff all the best in maintaining such a great restaurant.

The worst fish I’ve ever eaten. I had to throw the piece of dead rubber in the bin due to it being in eatable.

INEDIBLE! The fish was off, grey and dry.the chips were cold.and the potato cakes had practically no potato.the oil was so old and dark.

The very best FRESH fish n chips in our region. Always served with a smile and I believe prices that are realistic and well within a normal budget.

The food here is awesome the price is awesome they are friendly and meals are made in a timely fashion more than happy to recommend its my go to fish and chip shop

Not happy my partner was told she was wrong so many times to the point we had to bring our delivered food back to prove it as well as the son telling us we had to pay extra for THERE MISTAKE! He's got a lot to learn!

Ordered a delivery order and the souvlaki was unediable, drowned in sauce and meat was dry. The chips also has no salt and as the lady dropped off the food she didn’t give me my change. Usually very good service but not lately.

Great tasting fish and chips. Chips are chunky and fried to perfection.fish is beatiful with a very crispy batter.top food.id class them as best fish and chips in Traralgon they deliver too your home. On a very rainy cold night l couldn’t be happier with this business. I ordered a souvlaki with specific requests all of which were met. As well as potato cakes and chips. They were all very well cooked.
The lady who took my call was very courteous as was the delivery lady. I shall be a return customer and shall be happy to pay the delivery fee. Thank you for great service. Am very happy.
