When was the last time you had an engaging conversation with your dry cleaner?
You like me are probably drawing a blank, and that was the unusual experience provided by Traralgon DC. They also fixed my clothes. I'm no judge of workmanship so i'll leave that to the pro-menders out there. I was impressed by the customer service, timeliness (meaning accuracy of times predicted) and commitment to service.
I also noticed the use of paper bags to return clothes. Great initiative and my full support if you can make a D. C.enviro friendly.
