I have used Translationz twice in the last week for translating Documents into English. On both occasions they did a fantastic job in super-quick time. Fantastic work and service, shining through in these difficult times!

I had paid for an interpreter to interpret for my parents at my wedding. I had asked the company for the interpreter's contact details prior to the wedding (after making full payment to Translationz) with a view to introducing myself and letting the interpreter know what to expect at the event. The company said it was unable to provide the details due to "company policy" but that the interpreter had my details and could contact me if need be. The interpreter I got allocated did not make any contact, and barely interpreted anything for my parents on the day. Not what the celebrant was saying, not the speeches. Looking back at the videos from the day, she can be overheard saying basic things like "stand up" to my parents but that was about all. She was a sweet person, but I did not pay $140/hour (and extra costs for her meals) for her to warm a seat. I was very disappointed overall and will not be using or recommending Translationz to anyone.
