A truly remarkable gym.

The staff are super friendly, and the equipment is top spec. It ranges from comp legal powerlifting racks to fully calibrated olympic barbells, a posing and boxing room, a sled track, and extensive good lighting (to inspect a pump) all contained within two stories.

Whether you're a competitive powerlifter, olympic lifter, practice martial arts, bodybuild, or someone who just wants to get in shape - Training Day Scoresby has got you covered.

Training Day Scoresby is a great gym. I also highly recommend Josh Balia as a coach. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that you reach your goals. He is one of the best in the business!

Great gym, with a great variety of equipment, calisthenics still needs improvement but in all other aspects highly satisfactory as a gym. Location is accessible and there is a lot of parking spaces available. Grace who is at the reception is also wonderful at guiding anyone who comes to the gym through the possibilities the establishment offers. Thank you Grace and thank you Training Day.

Awesome gym, really good set up and the staff are always friendly and remember you by name which is sick! The murals on the way are a great motivator

This is a great gym. The staff are all really helpful, encouraging, and amazing. There is an abundance of top-quality equipment, and the gym also offers lots of classes to suit all people’s needs, not to mention personal training sessions as well.
I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to work out.

Love this gym! Everyone is so lovely and kind and the atmosphere is great. Really spacious area and lots of private rooms where you can stretch and do all sorts. Won’t go back to another gym ever!

Just joined. From my previous gym Club Slime across the road this gym is a revaluation! It was like stepping out of a Holden Commodore into a Porsche 911!
The equipment is sublime and the staff so welcoming.

If you’re thinking of looking for a new stomping ground or getting into gym, training day is honestly the place to be. I’ve joined so many gyms and training day has to be the best place I’ve joined! I find myself coming in consistently, the equipment is top tier, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and to top it all off the gym is actually spotless! Members are considerate too which is a big plus. Thank you TD!

This is, without a doubt, the best gym I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly and they treat each person equally, and the modern equipment offers a wide variety of options. I've been to other gyms and enjoyed them, but Training Day has inspired me far more. Training Day also offers classes most days and are in a variety of subjects, including yoga, boxing, HIIT, and more.
If your thinking of singing up, Just do it.
