Training Day Gym Burwood

The best first day EVERRR! The best Receptionist ever. Stephh really helped me getting into the gym and the membership was really flexible.

My first week back in Australia and I couldn't be happier with my choice to visit Training Day Burwood. The team have made me feel at home with great warmth and smiles that make me feel at home. Thank you guys, love working out at the gym:)

First gym I ever went to. Jerome showed me around on my first day and was very nice and welcoming. Everyone there is.
Love how different the setup is from a typical gym. Not an open space and I like it better that way. This gym has all the equipment you need. Definitely recommend, what a cool gym!

Been coming to gym for over 2 years and loving the experience. Separate workout rooms for your experience. Helpful staff, varietyof machines, parking on site. Only downside is ample parking spots specially during peak hours.

Really good gym, has a wide range of equipment and the staff are friendly. Enjoyed my time here greatly, I recommend it completely.

Watch TD Antics videos on youtube. The effort, commitment and passion that's involved in making those videos is what you'd see from the TD Team in day to day operations at the gym. Amazing team and equally amazing is the facility. Late in the evenings or even during peak hours, never had issues accessing equipment; Other than the team, facility their USP is the pricing - none of the other gyms will be able to beat that! Innovative ideas - TD Antics, Table Tennis, renovated lockers in the changing rooms, IR Sauna etc. There is just about everything that you could ask for. 5 stars all the way

Only regret, could get to play Table Tennis with the "house champion" before I left TD (due to house move) :)

friendly and showed me around the gym. He was really open to any feedback I might have for training day gym. Overall the atmosphere of the gym is really friendly and the variety of equipment is great.

This is a welcoming gym with great facilities and equipment and nice staff. Table tennis table is a nice touch as well

I’ve been going to training day for a few years now, awesome gym! Excellent range of powerlifting equipment (calibrated plates and lifting platforms), plus CrossFit and functional fitness gear. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Very easy to pause your membership for a few weeks or months if away for work.

I've been going to this for almost three years to this gym. The staff are always so accomodating and greet you on welcome every time. The facilities are cleaned daily and the atmosphere is super easy going. Chris one of the team members their is a great talker and the other bloke Jerome is always smiling!

The gym environment is very inviting, clean toilets, good sufficient machines and the staffs are really friendly especially Chris, my g.

Truly the best gym I have been to in a long time. Very friendly staff that are genuine, and not just trying to get your money. Excellent equipment too. Do not have a single complaint (apart from one staff members inability to draw Mickey Mouse on the whiteboard…) I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Awesome Gym! The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The space of the gym is amazing and it allows for training anywhere. There are so many exercises and weights around that no matter the time of day you will always get what you want done. The bathrooms are great and looked after well with showers and even a sauna! There is a variety of group classes led by trainers that are great for everyone with large variety. I would highly recommend!
