So cheap! Pretty basic gym, but it has all the things you really need. The people that go here are really relaxed.

Gym has adequate equipment over 2 floors. Don’t bring anything remotely valuable though, as there are petty thieves about (I had a windbreak stolen). No lockers (just open shelves), security cameras scarce (none above lockers downstairs), and management uninterested in improving things.

Great gym, plenty of equipment, maintained often. Had some scanner/ access issues but was kept up to date and given options to hold membership until sorted.
Prompt responses, the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The gym itself is not to bad, but the staff/owner are extremely unhelpful. Would suggest going elsewhere- anytime fitness St kilda are fantastic, a little more expensive - but st least they care about their customers.

Tbh this brand of gym is the best one, they have so many flexible packages that it makes it perfect for any kind of customers, most gyms only have 1 deal and that's to rip customers off, especially new customers. But on this one you can pick a package that is suitable for you and pay accordingly, this is probably the best gym in terms of customer needs.

Whether you are a beginner or not this gym has the best price, but if you are a beginner this is probably the only gym in Melbourne that won't take advantage of you as its the only that supports a 24/7 casual visit, if you are planning to start by going onces or twice per weeks, pick this gym, you get all your needs met and won't get rip off. You can get the normal subscription (this is the only option on all other gyms, I call this fake non subscription), you can get casual visit (best for once or twice a week, real non subscription), you can get month package (best if you like taking a week or 2 break every month, also real non subscription). So basically this is the only gym that actually offers a non subscription deal, the only one and they are all 24/7 even the casual visits! Other gyms cannot support 24/7 casual visits, this is the only one. And believe me I have contacted like 20 different gyms, non of them are suitable for customers like me, only this gym. Amazing, pls don't change!

Ability to attend variety of classes and train without any limits.

It's not too expensive, good for everyone. The gym is pretty much spacious and equipped with everything so it's a great deal.

Nice, easy-going bunch of people. Quiet and enough equipment, do no queueing. Equipment is a bit old but well maintained and clean.

Absolutely love this gym. Fantastic energy, awesome equipment, and the staff are first class. Gym manager John Gomes and P. T Ebony and rest of the staff are warm, knowledgeable, caring, and go above and beyond for the members. Highly recommend

10/10 gym! It has a great vibe to it, the gym is big enough to assist with all fitness levels and needs and most of all the staff, especially the manager, John at St. Kilda! He is such an understanding and accommodating team member there, which plays a huge part in making me always chose this gym! Thanks Train 24/7 Fitness, you guys are great!

Got swole here. Small gym, not too crowded with most of the equipment you need. The right price

Such a great gym, very affordable and great atmosphere. Shout out to Jack for his HIIT and Core Strength classes. They are the best!

Genuinely appalling behavior in emails and customer service from John Gomes the club manager. Absolutely atrocious, one of the most appalling email exchanges I've received!

Evidently has zero customer service skills, is contemptuous, condescending, rude and arrogant.

I have requested numerous times for details of his manager to be provided and have been refused. The club was so much better when Darren was running it. Don't waste your money, and go somewhere that values their clients.

For a small gym, it is well equipped. And now I'm paying almost half price compared to my FF fees. Friendly staff and clean.

It's a small gym at a very affordable price. Has friendly, helpful staff and a positive atmosphere.
I recommend it for those who like to get in, smash out a solid workout, and peace out with no extra hassle.

I joined here a couple of months ago and am happy I did! Staff is super nice, and there is plenty of space to squat/bench with 6 racks!

Fantastic gym that's well priced, with a deep selection of gear that be perfect for 95% of us. Great staff, super clean, new and has a vibe that's great for both girls and guys.

Cheapest gym around, Great equipment, Super friendly staff.
Couldn't recommend it enough.
