Love Trafalgar medical. I travel 50 minutes to them because they’re so great. Every dr there is fantastic.

I have been attending Trafalgar Medical. Clinic for 7 years. Could not fault the care and kindness given by Drs Nurses and Reception. The Receptionists are friendly helpful, even though they are very busy have time to listen and resolve my questions.

Traf Medical Centre is the best. The staff and doctors bend over backwoods to help sort out your medical issues

A very efficient, polite and friendly place.
The only issue was the space where you had to spend 15 minutes after injection. It was in the car park with minimal cover and it was a very cold and rainy day.

Always treated with respect and as an individual not just another patient. Thank you all you are very much appreciated.

Today I saw a Lovely Dr I haven’t seen before due to an emergency call for my regular Dr. I’ve been happy to say I’ve been with Traf Medical Centre for over 30 years even when there practice was on the Princes Highway…. My now adult family continue to visit our local Drs so lucky we have them in Trafalgar ‍️? ‍️‍️

Had to wait on the cat in a hail storm for 70 minutes then the whole appointment was over the phone and I didn’t get to ask for what I needed

Excellent doctors, sometimes a bit of a wait but our own appointments also go overtime. At least this way you know they're giving the patients 100% of their time and not just a number, so I'm happy to wait my turn. Every single time I attend an appointment for myself, partner or our kids, I'm always impressed by the genuine nature of the medical staff there. They really do give you the time of day, and treatments and advice are based on the patient's experience and symptoms, rather than just what's on the piece of paper. It's never "just in your head".

Front desk staff are equally friendly, and always happy to help even if it's just to pass a message to the GP, discuss how long I'd need for an appointment, check if blood test results are in yet, or to resend a referral. I've been attending TMC for over 25 years, since I was a child going in with my mum - and now I wouldn't take my own kids anywhere else. I've not once walked out from this clinic feeling deflated or dissatisfied as I have with many, many other medical offices in that time.

Efficient process with many in attendance today for COVID vaccination. Friendly and thorough for all visits been a patient here 14years

As a medical receptionist myself, I was very pleased with the friendly greeting from reception staff, quick check in, and quick wait time. Doctor was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Trafalgar Dr's are terrefic l walked in an hour early for my phizer jab and the receptionist directed me where to attend regarding my jab and l was met by a nurse and a gp who were terrific and l had my jab then waited half an hour as l suffer from coeliac disease
Would recommend anybody who is hesitant on getting the jab to go ahead and have it because it's worth the effort and it's better than contacting carona virus
