Top notch experience with these guys. Once we got in touch with each other, they set my expectations that they were booked out to next year. Fair enough, I was happy to wait. However, two of their blokes had some spare time in my area the very next day, and before the afternoon was over they’d popped by, quoted me, fetches the tiles, and repaired my roof. I was in a meeting when the bloke was leaving, and he was also polite enough to respect that, and just quietly mentioned he’d invoice me, then went on his way.

I cannot recommend Justin & Brooke highly enough. Having dealt with many trades in the past I can say with confidence this husband wife team is the most professional, efficient (weather-permitting!), outstanding and responsible people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We engaged their service on a friend's recommendation and Justin went above and beyond from the get-go. Justin noticed we had a weak spot on our roof when he hopped on to quote on our job. Firstly, not all roofers will bother to go the extra step and climb up for a detailed quotation. Secondly, Justin proceeded to seal the potentially leaking area to provide a temporary fix yet declined to take any payment. After waiting out the weather and having our roof pressure cleaned, sealed, painted and mended- we are extremely happy with the end result as our roof is now lichen free and looks to have had a complete facelift. Thank you for the outstanding workmanship from Justin and amazing efficiency, communications and back office work by Brooke.

Could not recommend Justin and his crew highly enough. For a process that is unknown to many of us, he took the time to quote up thoroughly and walk us through each stage step by step. Asked for quote to repair tiled roof. They insisted that it couldn’t be done and wanted to change roof completely to a colourbond roof. Went elsewhere to someone who actually does do repairs.

I originally called Justin regarding a roof restoration, after the inspection he gave me honest feedback about what needed to be done and didn't try selling me unnecessary work like several other businesses had.

While we were waiting for the work to be done, our ceiling had serious damage occur in due to heavy wind and rain. Justin came out the next day and fixed the problem for us within 5 minutes. Justin didn't have to come out and do this for us, but we are so thankful he did as there was another heavy downpour a few days later.

I cannot speak high enough of Justin's work and service.

Justin was swift to replace three tiles on my roof and repair the ridge line. Really great customer service and swift to respond. Would recommend Traditional Roofing to anyone looking for quality service.

Justin and the team restored our roof and week and did a great job. The tiles were in poor condition with various tiles broken, The tiles were of a concrete type, and I have gone out to the street to look at the roof twice a day for the past five days).
