Got to be one of the worst plumbing supplies stores in Melbourne! Would rather travel an extra 10km down the road to another supplier than to put up with your horrible service.

Poor service personified.
Don't expect expert advice or action on your orders.
Although if you are in for laughable customer service, this place is great! Someone should make sit-com about them, they are sooo bad they must be acting.
