I had a really great experience with team member Rowena from tradelink Essendon.
She went over and above my expectations to help me with a) finding the exact part that broke in my shower that I was looking for (which had been removed from production) b) made ever effort possible to find a replacement which was a perfect fit and exact match c) was able to negotiate a price that i was very happy to pay.
She really understands what good customer is, i'll be coming back whenever i need some more advice.

Went to shop with broken tap handle. Dealt with Rowena and got fantastic assistance. Even submitted a wa4ranty claim on the spot. Should give the lady a pay rise. Fantastic customer service.

The team at Essendon have been so helpful. Rowena has amazing product knowledge. My builder left me in limbo without any support during COVID-19 lockdown, Rowena went above and beyond to help me find the right finishes (especially there's so much variation in gold) for my tap fittings and bathwares. Without Rowena's practical advice, I would have been stuck and may have made the wrong/costly selections. I am so happy with the tapwares recieved. Also, the trade team lead by Manager Brodan are amazing to deal with. Honest, reliable and competitive in price! Thank you so much:)

Just purchased a custom tile over shower base through Tradelink. A small misunderstanding occurred with the drawings, but Tradelink rectified the issue for me very quickly.

Bad service! Sold me a tap cartridge i had with me to replace,
wrong cartridge and will not refund me, told me we are not experts in this
they need to pick up the game these guys

These stores do not want to know you unless you are a Plumber, don't waste your time looking for any customer service.
