Really enjoyed learning at TIV. Staff at TIV is A+. Even If you slack the staff will still push you to the end. Really appreciate everyone’s help. Specially David’s been amazing.

I tried to do certificate 4 in construction with TIV. They claimed they can help individually students if needed. They didn’t. Waste of time, and $500.

Made some friends in the group and looking forward to applying the skills I learnt.
Big shout out to all the trainers who have the experience and knowledge to help the students.
As a mature age student it was good to see everyone working together.

Hi Just wondering if anyone I could speak to about my experience with TIV and maybe some suggestions. Your marketing and admin team are not aligned and no one cares about me.

I work in different industry and have to say that I enjoyed Cert4 course and liked the organised way TIV runs it.
On top of that great teachers, friendly, easy approachable and helpful.

I am sorry to write this review but I think it’s about time after chasing my certificate for almost two months now. I had a great experience during learning but to obtain my certification it has been a hell with TIV. People do these courses so that they can get jobs or use these certifications to grow. But if you don’t get your certificates on time what’s the point of doing these courses.
I have been calling TIV continuously and send emails but no help except from one internal staff member who genuinely tried to help me but unfortunately still I haven’t received my certifications yet.

It's highly recommended building and construction course provider. It offers fast track solution with higher level qualifications comparing with other providers while ensuring students 100% sure for the major issues.

I have successfully completed my certificate IV and Diploma in Building and Construction from TIV institute in a hybrid model. I must say the quality of education and support from the trainers have been wonderful. Big thanks to Peter Trinh, Peter G and Reif for their excellent training methods and patience in explaining every single concept in a simplified manner. Coming from IT background, I had to ask a lot of questions to understand the content, but they both never hesitated to pause and explain in detail. They take the students feedback seriously and act on it immediatly. They have a good student support system for those who require additional time and assistance with ovedue subjects. They also refer you to construction jobs through their network from time to time. I would therefore highly recommend this institute for your building and construction qualification.

A great place to learn to become a builder. They really care about you and ensure that everyone is progressing and learning.

I found the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) a very worthwhile course and TIV delivered it very well. Their zoom meetings worked seamlessly. They had lots of competent and knowledgeable trainers/instructors who were always willing to explain concepts. Thoroughly recommend this course and TIV.

Some teachers just read the PPT in class, or give some assignment in class.
They will fail some students just because they are chinese to meet the KPI result.when you correct the answer then they will find some new mistake to fail you.

Best place to obtain your trade certificate, Cert III, Cert IV and Diploma in Building and Construction. Amazing support and guidance from the Trainers to obtain the knowledge. I'm happy to complete all three Cert IV courses at once during 2021. Best way to Overcome this pandemic and qualified and step ahead. Thank you TIV and the whole team.

TIV was a great experience all around. Customer service was prompt and helpful, the teachers had a vast industry knowledge, were very approachable and keen to help you succeed. HIGHLY recommended
