Track Trailer

Had the Topaz in for a few upgrades. Had to wait 3 months for the appointment as they are so busy. Dropped it off for the 3-4 days they needed. Ended up being 2 weeks after a problem with supply. In that time I made over a dozen calls to the service area and left many messages for a call back as they never answer the phone. Never got a call back. I am happy with the work they did and dealing in person with them is ok. They just don't keep you advised and won't talk to you. They need some education on communication.

Ordered new shocks for my Tvan online, called in and picked them up. They were there ready for me. Had a look around and was shown how the new sail awning worked, very helpfull and friendly staff. A big thumbs up.

Very happy with the deal, keep it up guys, i would certainly recommend to my social media circle.

If you are thinking about getting outdoors and exploring I can not recommend outback HQ highly enough. We have been travelling in our Tvan for over 12 months to the remotest parts of the country and Track Trailer have enabled us to do this. It's not surprising that when you get out to great places like the Kimberley, Cape York, Arnhem Land and beyond Track Trailer products are everywhere. They have been completely engineered and built in Australia for decades and it shows.

Thank you to the very helpful and knowledgeable team for spending the time to go through all the different products you have to offer. The vans are a cut above the rest, the Tvans and T4s are remarkable! Travelling in these vans would make off roading = luxury yet still able to access where you want to go with no problems. Picked up our Tvan Scout in June last year. Have already managed to fit in extended trips to Cape York, Tasmania, Snowy Mountains, and most recently the Border Ranges and Warrumbungle National Parks. The Tvan surpassed expectations coping with dust, corrugations, river crossings, heavy frosts, mud and endless kilometres of touring our amazing country.

We picked up our Track Trailer Tvan in July 2019, just in time to drive it to The Big Red Bash. It tows brilliantly, so much so that I’m regularly checking it is still there. And it really comes into its own off-road.

It is well designed and everything just works they way it should. We love the fact that the bed is always ready to go, and how spacious it is despite being compact.

The big surprise for us was the family room tent, which really makes the Tvan perfect for the family - it is really easy to setup and adds a whole extra room.

I was initially a bit sceptical about the kitchen design because of the way it comes out of the kitchen and appeared to prevent access to the huge bench space, but I have found that I never actually use the sink until I’ve finished cooking so this is a non issue.

The only disappointment was how quickly the stickers on the stove came off, but that is really not a big deal given how good everything else is.

If you are after a Camper Trailer that really will go Off-road, stand the test of time, work the way it is supposed to, and hold its value, then the Tvan is hard to beat.

Great trailer.getting really bad support after purchase.feel like once they have your money they don't care.
