Track My Ride offers our business all our tracking needs and some we didn’t know we needed. The ability to manage all the fleet needs from service reminders to where our rental vehicles spend the most time really helps when it comes to our targeted marketing. The after sales support is second to none, would recommend.

I have one in my car. Excellent device. Easy to use simply plug it in. Software couldn't be easier to use on my phone. Now I always know where my car is and can be safe to know I'll be alerted if it moves.

The team at T. M. R have always been easy to contact & work with. Always able to get a quick response with any questions we may have & very knowledgeable.

I've been using Track My Ride since 2017, five years now. I don't have a business fleet; I just wanted GPS tracking for (initially) my HSV (pictured), as an anti-theft measure.

I could not recommend Track My Ride highly enough. The support is excellent, and the team are great to deal with if you ever need to order a new tracker (as I did, when I bought a second car) or have questions about plans, tracker activation or anything else. I am writing this review after another great experience with the team today - I think this might actually be my second five star review for TMR.

Other things I've found really useful are the website and phone app (both really functional and easy to work with), and the functionality you can program in with things like app alerts if the car exceeds certain speeds (great for parents wanting to keep tabs on their kids, or fastidious owners wanting to keep tabs on their mechanics), or if the car is disturbed while the engine is off.

With this latter feature, I was able to identify my car had been bumped in the car park while I was at work, and was then able to grab the dashcam footage and identify the culprit (who obligingly paid for the repair). If I had not been alerted to the bump, I probably would not have noticed the dent until days or weeks later, by which time the dash cam footage would have been overwritten.

Long story short, if you're thinking about GPS tracking for your vehicle or vehicles, you should look at TMR. Their product is excellent and their service is top notch.

I use track my ride to protect 4 of my personal cars. One is my Daily driver (Pulsar) and the others are my classic cars which I have spent most of my life building. (1985 RX7,1966 Caddy and a 1981 VC Commodore)
TMR helped me recover my stolen Nissan Pulsar back in January last year when it was stolen from my driveway in VIC. I was able to find where it was taken and notify the police of its location. The police rang me 45 minutes later and had successfully recovered my vehicle before it could be damaged or stripped out. I hope my other cars are never stolen, however if they are, I'll be glad I have GPS tracking with TMR fitted.

Absolutely brilliant. The Service is above and beyond. I’ve been using Track my Ride for a little over 12 months on my vehicles and recently required another hardwire kit. I knew their office was closed for Christmas so didn’t expect my enquiry to be dealt with until the new year. Well, what a surprise. I received a reply the very next day and my required parts were organised and dispatched during their shutdown. That is excellent service which I was not expecting. I am even more impressed with Track my Ride with this customer commitment. Well done. Very happy

I regret the day I signed up to their services
They are useless.
I don’t recommend them to anybody
They take your money and will let you down when you need their help
I spend most of my time now at home because I lost the contract with those who were the reason behind signing up to your services.
They did not accept your reports. I was at position A, they established I was at position B.
They won the argument that I was at position B and they cancelled my contract and now I am spending most of my time at home because I have no work.
AND YOU DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
you kept charging me for the months that followed even though you knew I no longer need that service untill I called you to stop billing me for a service that was not needed.
Next time do not respond in public otherwise FACEBOOK will be next
I have the absolute right to express my frustration because I lost a lot.
Becaus of you that department will not take me in again because they think I am corrupt because they think I charged others money for a service I did not provide simply because they think I was not at location A as I claimed due to lack of GPS proof which you should have endeavoured to provide. Great Product and incredible customer service! I have been using track my ride in my personal car for 4 years and wanted to move our fleet of business vehicles over to track my ride from a different GPS tracking device currently being used however, personal and business vehicle accounts needed to remain separate, but still have all vehicles show up on the one account when I log in to view each vehicle. Craig sets the standards on what customer service should be and what so many expect, he was happy to spend the time on the phone explaining everything and set the two accounts up to work the way I wanted. He even ran me through some of the features that were available to me that I was currently not utilising. Track My Ride has such a simple user interface and yet retains the complexities one wants from GPS tracking.

Having spent quite a lot of money restoring a classic muscle car I wanted the added security of knowing where my car was at all times. Even when it had to go for services I was able to track if it was road tested and at what speed.
TMR is well worth choosing to protect your vehicle and the team is very professional and approachable if you have any queries.
Highly recommend TMR.

After trying eBay and electronics stores trackers and getting very frustrated with poor quality and service i contacted Track My Ride.
From the initial contact and quote to receipt and installation, Craig and his team have provided nothing short of exceptional service. The information provided by Craig was easy to understand and addressed all my questions. The quoted price was good value. The devices arrived on time and were very easy to install. The App and web site are easy to use and provide excellent functionality.
All up, a terrific service and i have no hesitation in recommending Track My Ride to anyone that is seeking a cost effective, simple to use tracking solution.

I have just purchased a Track My Ride TMR-85 from the Melbourne office. Received it yesterday and installed the same day with no problems. The sales manager Craig Muller contacted me a few days ago to give me the heads up on the product. I must admit the product is worth the money. I am very happy and it does exactly what I was looking for.
I have had a few trakkers in the past and did not find them very useful. The TMR-85 was easy to install and fully functional after a drive around for around twenty minutes to clear the Melbourne (Heidelberg) address off the unit. I would definitely recommend this great product.

Track My Ride has provided a simple and cost affective solution for my small growing business. Great option for peace of mind for that classic car.excellent interface to work with, clear details on where the item is.no more will you be on facebook screaming " someone stole my 60K classic car! " if you fit a TMR device.
