Tracey Alder Therapy

Tracey worked with our family of 5 (my husband and me and our 3 adult children their 20's) for over a year on Zoom. We were in different locations and it was during lockdowns. It was the most wonderful experience for us all - challenging at times but very worthwhile. We all felt safe and supported as we explored many aspects of our family dynamics. We already had a strong and loving family unit and sought support from Tracey to navigate some challenges we were experiencing. With her skilful expertise we uncovered and unpacked some key things which enabled us to strengthen our relationships. She offered counsel without ego, was able to reflect things back in a really gentle way and led us through some difficult conversations. We are now well equipped to better support each other and communicate more clearly as we enjoy this phase of a family of 5 adults. We all felt sad when we finished working with Tracey and have agreed that we would like to do 6 or 12 monthly check ins!
