Toyworld Sunbury

Bad customer service from the old bald man. Unpleasant behaviour and rude does not bother to help he shouldn’t be at toy store if he is bad with the kids.

My son always checks if "the tall man" is working as he won't go in if he sees him as he got told off once for handling toys he wanted me to get him lol, its handy if i don't want to be dragged around the store. Shop is ok though some model paints i have brought must of been very old as they were dried up inside. Fantastic pokemon card selection.

Really polite staff the 2 girls working were extremely polite, had everything i was looking for

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Disgusting. Not only was I followed after I left the shop and accused of stealing. To which I provided a receipt and was then asked to prove what time I purchased the item, and why I was in the shop for a second time. I'm sorry is there a limit! Only to be accused of being like others- I assume mothers with prams ‍️ because the bbo at the counter couldn't remember me after serving me 10 mins before! In the mad rush of NO other customers.
All in front of my 4 and 6mth old.

Staff are fantastic, the store is very well stocked and always clean. Price wise they are a little expensive, but for the range it's worth it.

As an adult fan of Lego, I stand and salivate at the immense range. The range of all sorts of toys is impressive and the staff are nice.

Brilliant friendly staff always willing to go out of their way to assist especially during this terrible time. Support local I say.

Heaps of toys to chose from good prices the kids know they have done well every time we come hear.

Very rude staff. Too up themselves, apparently too good to work with children. Followed my grand daughter around the shop. Get a life shes two.

Not impressed.
Phoned for a particular item. Though staff member tried to be helpful, I was told they don’t hold stock longer than a day. They don’t do click and collect. They don’t hold, by paying over the phone. I asked to speak to the Manager, on hold for too long hung up. Rang back, the woman said you can talk to me. I explained the previous call. She replied “Well why are you ringing for”?
I explained again I couldn’t get there that day, an hours drive way and she took payment over the phone. Also requiring addresses and mobile number.
In this day and age with technology, don’t understand why they choose to run their business in this manner. With many small businesses going to the wall, one would think customer service ice was a priority!

Staff are rude and clearly not interested in their work.

I won’t be shopping local again

Been toy hunting in many Toyworld Stores over the years & I have to say Julie & the team @ Toyworld Sunbury are by far the friendliest and most welcoming I have been to! The customer service totally exceeded my expectations, I’d definitely be going back for future toy purchases. Thank you for such an excellent shopping experience.

Love looking in here for toys for my grandchildren.great prices and a wide range of dolls. Lego. Jigsaw and a heap more.
