What wonderful experience with the help of storeperson Jemma. She was patient polite helpful without being pushy for a sale. She knew exactly what a six year old would like. It was our one stop shop. Well done Jemma.

Regular at this store as they always have something! I always get party bags fillers fron here. Diverse range at a great price. They have a wide range and brands that some other retailers don't stock. Service is always prompt too and helpful.

Staff helped steer me in the direction of age appropriate toys, otherwise I would have been lost in sensory overload. So many toys!

They had the Lego Technic I'd been looking everywhere for. So I'm delighted. Seriously though, good sized store with great range and helpful staff.

An independent toy retailer in the heart of Southland! While slightly more expensive than other department stores, the extra cost is offset by the extensive range and often great discounts on excess stock. The staff are friendly and there is an enviable stick of Lego and other licensed toy lines. Worth the visit early for the Xmas list.

Toy world central Southland is large in sizes and has a bigger range of toys for all ages. Frankston toy world is small in comparison. It is worth the journey to buy your Christmas toys.

It’s a good place. Decent stock in select departments. Not for everyone though. Just wanted to point out that I got followed around by two employees, just because I was wearing a backpack. Keep in mind that I was carrying two 4-Packs of Cars Ooshies priced at $2 per box. In the same store we’re two teenage girls with backpacks larger then mind. I am a teenage boy. See a difference? Either way, I finished my Cars Ooshies Collection now. So I won’t need to go back there for a bit.

Great staff! Great range! Not so great prices!

This was a delight! I visited Toyworld Southland yesterday and the staff were so energetic and willing to help. Staff seem to be enjoying their work and that shows through their customer service! I will be coming back for more amazing bargains!

The young lady at the counter was delightful. The store is well stocked, clean easy to read but I was surprised at how expensive it was. I may be out of touch but it wouldn't be my first port of call for purchasing toys.

Amazing staff, really helpful and they always seem to have stock. It is a little pricey but you can find things you can't get elsewhere

Don't understand why the same toys we can buy from a regular retail shop is expensive here. I can understand the rare toys been expensive. (E.g. Lego)

Lots of toys at reasonable prices, a shortage of staff to assist but fellow shoppers very helpful. Great shop but a bit pushed for sales assistants

Good collection of toys. My kids drive me nuts since they have varieties to choose from and it becomes hard choice to decide.

We visited your store today around 11am and were unable to navigate through the aisles with a small pram as there were boxes and toys all over the floor. I was moving products so I could get through the Lego and baby section in clear view of staff and they ignored me. Lazy and rude staff

Great range and helpful staff, but the prices vary wildly. Some toys are $RRP, others are heavily discounted bargains. Staff don't seem to be able to negotiate prices which would be nice.
