8Rude staff and limited toys. Came in to ask for a specific toy, the staff didn't even bother to look or check the system, just shook her head instantly.
Got LEGO for my friend’s birthday. Many LEGO items to pick! I am not a LEGO professional but I saw some of the rare items on the shelf. Although the price is not as low as in Target, the abundant line-up worth it, and the price is still very reasonable. The staff are patient and friendly as well. Will definitely come back again.
Love the special discount they have. But without discounts, toys are pricy. Do your homework before you go there.
Will defiantly be buying from this store again! Australia post delivered my parcel to the wrong address and offered no reimbursement However, the owner of the store resent the items to me at his own expense and said that they like to make their customers happy. You can't top this kind of customer service and I am forever grateful. Thank you:)
A lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and me helpful. It's a lot bigger than it looks from the store front.
Have been here a few times, staff never seem to know what I'm talking about when i describe what I'm looking for, and I'm talking pretty basic stuff. Quite unhelpful. But the stock is usually worth browsing at for inexpensive & generic gifts. So just go with realistic expectations.
A hidden gem! Looks tiny from the outside. But is a huge toy shop. Very up to date toys too
This is a top quality toy store that stocks high class brands like Le Toy Van, Plan Toys, Djeco & Schleich and an unbeatable range that you can't get at big stores like Big W. They stock an amazing range of Lego including top shelf and hard to find sets which I stock up on and put away for Christmas. This is my go to place for impressive gifts for kids parties (eg. Djeco Art Sets) as I know they won't get another like it. I love this store and have been coming here for years with my kids. The owner and staff so sweet and helpful, no matter how busy it gets. Great place for gift buying.
