Toyworld Docklands

Love this store. They have the best Schleich range I've ever seen, and they keep their stock up to date, by ordering new arrivals, while also still selling older and harder to find Schleich's. They often also have sales on Schleich. As a model horse collector, this store is my #1. However, can't give toy world docklands 5 stars as the staff and service is extremely poor. The staff are very rude and this bothers me every time I go there, as I am a regular customer. Please improve your staff. Also, please sell Breyer.

Great range, all staff I've dealt with were very helpful. I had a large return to make due to a faulty toy, they were very reasonable and helped me without fuss. Definitely would recommend!

A huge range of toys but their sales aren't really that great of a discount compared to other stores

My friend bought a schleich figurine here today and the price stated 9.99 on the little yellow sticker. However when it scanned up it was $14.the employee got another employee who stated that no it was $14 and she has to pay that. Myself who works in retail was disgusted when she told me as I know the rules in retail are you have to honour the marked price, if it doesn't match up to the system - that's the company's fault. We would always honour a price in this instant. Terrible customer service.

Docklands Store is closed for renovations BUT Caitlin allowed me to purchase the No Button as I traveled from Hoppers Crossing to get one,
I am very glad that Caitlin allowed me to purchase what I wanted as I would have had to travel to Southland to get it.
