Disorganised service and also were not able to even fix their credit card machine very disrespectful staff blaming customers credit cards as the reason why the credit machine wouldn't work when really it was them because the card was able to work elsewhere definetely will not be coming back

This place is my little secret to get Lego from, so don't come here coz I want this place to myself

Great obscure toys that you wouldn't normally see. Clearance items are great prices but can be expensive and better buying from Kmart if they stock it

Noah was amazing i was looking for a gift for my little sister and was not sure what to get her but the amazing Noah helped me out so much big thanks to him

Worker here asked to see the receipt for an old keychain on my bag.weird. But came back a week later and had nice service buying a cow squish mellow

Last week my 7 yo daughter had to have blood tests done and as a reward (bribe) we went to get something special from toy world. The two ladies that served us were amazing! My daughter took a liking at an aquarium lamp but there was only the one on display left. The two ladies went well beyond their call of duty, replacing batteries, replacing the water and making sure everything was in tip top shape before selling it to us. I was happy to pay full price but they even heavily discounted it for us! I know where I will be doing all my toy shopping from now on! Amazing service and made one little girl super happy after a very stressful morning! She falls asleep every night looking at her aquarium lamp!

Bought a slim kit did not work out unsure if it the old man making slim or product or maybe user error not good wanted to play with slim to calm my anxiety

Normally I have great service and am happy with this store and recommend them over others, I hope it was a one off but this time the staff we're so into there own conversations they had to be interrupted by a lady on the floor to even notice I needed serving, as I left I apologised for interrupting their conversations as the service man,
whom continued his personal conversation not even work related while processing my order,
made me feel quilty for paying there wages with my purchase. Very disappointed left with only 2 things as I needed help and made my purchases at toyworld Seymour

A little cluttered as you walk in but great variety of toys. Staff are always helpful in directing you to what you're looking for.

Rude argumentative management with no ownership of their errors. Preceeded to engage in a heated argument than accept fault.

Good range, but overpriced, an overwhelming amount of character toys/plastic/battery operated toys, but there were a few developmental toys or natural materials in there too. Staff were friendly when asked for help, but otherwise just left us to it. There's a little play area out front so I could leave the little one with Grandma and look on my own, which was good, because aisles are narrow and busy.

What do they not have?
I've been here last minute trying to find a board game or a random toy from one of the hundreds of ABC kids shoes and they always have what I'm looking for, or something close to it.
There's always stuff on sale and the staff are very helpful.
The lucky dip is fun too. Kids can get a gift for being good boys and girls for $2.

The staff went above and beyond to help us source a hiding product - this was greatly appreciated and made for a great experience. There's a lot of variety here and the prices are competitive.

Huge Lego range, it's massive. Plus if you enjoy making models then this is definitely a place to visit, great selection.

I love this store and the toys here are fabulous in comparison to the choice at the big stores. I try and support Toyworld as much as possible so there is no monopoly on the toy market. They sell modelling kits too as well as a good variety of collectible toys. They often have some great bargains.

A great variety of toys, puzzles, costumes, board games and figurines. Everything you could possibly need or want and more.
