Toyworld Central Doncaster

The owner is Rude, would mot offer an apology for providing incorrect information over the phone causing me to drive hours trying to buy an item for my daughters school project. Actually had an attitude when I was I store too.

It’s a toy store which has everything from Pokémon to Sylvanian Families. It was super crowded before Christmas, as you might expect.

I went to ToyWorld in Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre to buy some gifts for my niece and nephew for Christmas and the staff were very reluctant to help.

3 staff members behind the front counter talking to each other and not even looking around to see if anyone needed help!
The store was very busy at this time because of the Black Friday sales and they acted like teenagers who couldn’t care less if they were making a sale or not.

When I went to go ask the three of them where I could find a specific toy I had to interrupt their conversation to get there attention. When I asked them, they just rudely told me “first aisle”.
With the large amount of toys in the first aisle I was not able to find what I was looking for. After asking them for further assistance they again did not even try to look for me.

Very disappointing customer service experience
Would not recommend to shop there unless you know what you are after…

Lots of stock but the price is higher in general when compare to other local retail which hs why giving 3*.

Fantastic store, the friendly team were extremely helpful locating a specific monster truck for me over the phone. The phone and collect service was very easy and efficient! Thank you!

Staff Very helpful over the Christmas season. The one with Glasses especially very helpful with the Lego, Barbie Dolls, and Pokemon Cards
