Toyworld Bendigo

I seriously can’t recommend yous enough! For the last 2 years I have shopped your toy sales over big w where I use to do it! The stuff are always willing to help you and they even follow you and take your items to the front desk so you don’t have to keep walking back and forth! They’re family owned which I love and you seriously can’t beat the customer service, not once have I had a bad experience or have a stuff memeber be the unwilling to help, they seriously go over and beyond for their customers!
I also love the fact you can pay off your lay-bys and still store them there if needed, always boxed up so little eyes can’t see as not everyone has the option to not bring their children to collect the items they really care unlike big stores!
STOP shopping at the larger companies come and support these wonderful family owned business!

Lovely and helpful customer service. My go to for all kids parties gifts, birthday’s and Christmas. They often have sales and much rather be supporting the local owners than a big chain store!

I was seeking some items I couldn't find elsewhere. I called and Bianca was more than happy to find out if they were available for order. I received a call back very quickly and was happy to proceed. A few days later I received another call back to tell me the items were now in stock.
I wasn't able to get to Bendigo so the items were shipped to me at a very reasonable price.
So helpful and polite.

I called the staff and they held an item for my daughter til I could get there. Unlike the big chains they have good product awareness. They sponsor different local activities in Bendigo. If they're not too busy they'll even help you wrap a present with plenty of papers and cards on site if you're running late to a party.

Arguably the easiest and largest Toy store that's accessible around Bendigo. The collection is good, in sections, and would burn your pocket if you don't chose it right. My kids loved it as the variety and collections were huge, though at an expense. I'd still think any toy store could have some more cheap basic toys, but that shouldn't take it from this shop. It's amazing for being here and also has some collectibles!

I like going to Toyworld as they are very helpful to me as I can't walk as well as I used to, so very grateful to the girls who went & looked for what I wanted, thank you to staff.

The staff have always been great in here but especially more so today. I was there for what felt like forever, honestly everyone was so helpful & the customer service was fantastic. Huge thanks to Phoebe who managed to find an item no else did could and also helping me a bunch when I was at check out. Thanks everyone!

Amazed every time I go here.they had even more variety and specials then they did last time I came. Staff go above and beyond when I needed some help and very also very knowledgeable and accommodating. What a wonderful place to shop.

Fantastic family owned business! Incredible supporters of the local community. Just great people with a brilliant store!

Didn't have the basic everyday toys the children love to play with. Asked about Thomas the tank engine trains, basically got told no child wants to play with that anymore. Customer service was terrible and I left with my daughter feeling I will never set foot in that store again. If my staff treated my customers like that I would be horrified.

I love this place and with winter and being stuck inside go to toy world its got so much variety most things good priced this place is for young and old board games good ones and make your own robot cheap and heaps of fun stuff for everyone trust me

Well stocked, had everything we were looking for and pricing is on point. Plenty of parking and convenient to get to. If you're looking for a great toy selection then this is the place to visit first

Got things I couldn't even find online somehow. Love going here, there's always something to find for any kid!

A wonderland of toys. Heaven for anyone under 15. Heck, I love it and I'm 20. That toy smell is intoxicating. They have a large range of toys like Schliech, Lego, themed stuff like Bluey etc. Pretty big store with plenty of parking. My one criticism is I don't think they have disabled access (or maybe they do and my memory is faulty) but in general a good spot.

Clark rubber is next door.and their sell the bed wedge pillows for at that time the ex girlfriend and I was use-ing yes those bed wedge pillows
