Visited last night bought 2 lego star wars boxes, and 1 was missing a few pieces and didn’t have any pieces left over to try make up for it, probably isn’t the best store if you want a lego set to actually build

Male manager with beard was extremely rude, everytime I’ve gone there, 3 people behind the register and no one in the aisles to help. I’ve also overheard staff using language that should not be used in a children’s store.

Overpriced for the same item you can buy in toy r us and other places with cheaper price. Bought a toy for my son today as a cost of 120$ ưhile other sell only 80$? R. I. P off

The staff doesn’t have proper responsibility and they misguiding the customers and give false information regarding toys and after that if we went there to change the toys because of the staff misleading the store manager always say sorry, my apologies and all. I had a worse experience ever with them.

The thing I love about this store is the centre display and the discounted toys. Everytime I walk pass just have to walk in, cannot help myself

Lots of range toys to choose, price is okay but space too small, can’t get pass around easily with stroller as some display on the floor too

I love the modern Toyworlds. Packed to the rafters with heaps of stuff. They also seem to regularly get surplus/old stock that gets discounted.

Great place with lots of options to choose from, toy prices are pretty average not cheap or expensive.

I was walking around the small shop for about 5 minutes looking for a doll for my daughter. No luck finding the doll, so I asked an employee for some help, she replied"Sorry, im busy". This aggitated me as she did not look busy as she was playing a game on her phone. Fortunetly enough, a young boy, with large sized shoulders and biceps, whos name tag read "Anthony" cam out of the back to my assiastance and asked "Do you need some help, sir". Delighted, i responded "yes, I was after a doll for my daughter". The young boy whispered to me "follow me mate", walking towards the dolls, I follow him. I am very pleased of this boys service and insisted to shout him a coffee during his lunch break. We made our way to gloria jeans and indulged in some deep conversation about anthonys life and his training at the gym. He shared many tips with me about how to grow in size and increase my bench press. I was amazed when anthony said to me "The other day I benched 160 for 5", which truly showed that his training methods are working, giving me the motivation to take his advice. Time had passed quickly and anthony had to return to the store as he said "I better get going, train hard". This boy is the only reason I return to the store. Consider giving this young boy a pay rise as he deserves it more than anyone in the store.

I like this store even being a adult, can only shop the specials as everything else is rather expensive, but I guess it's the quality and brand name products. Christmas lay by is great and have used a few times with kids growing up, as you can pick the lay by up last minute and don't have to find the hiding space. Great range of items.

Good range of toys. Staff are helpful. Not as competitively priced or offering less expensive alternatives such as Kmart. However if you take the time to look, you'll find some good bargains - Look for red price sticker.

Its a bit dark and crowded.overpriced considering you can go upstairs to big w and get the same toys.
