I bought a new Toyota reach truck from Toyota material handling, Ross give me a lot of helping to understand how can drive and help me to lease a temporary truck to take over the difficult period, I am very happy what I got, strongly recommender them, thank you Ross for five time visit

Terrible customer service, purchased 2 forklifts and a skid steer. Getting assistance next to impossible, when I bring up these grievances I'm told sorry you feel that way.

I wish I could Rate 0, I rang the company at 8am yesterday as I had a forklift breakdown, they had to send me forms to set up an account, which took them 24hours as they have only contacted me this morning, worst service I have ever seen and poor communication. If they had actually told me that it would take this long or that they would not contact me until the next day, that would have at least given me context, but I got nothing. This is the equivalent of someone breaking down on the freeway only to have a tow company tell them they have to create an account then ringing them back the next day and saying "how can I help? " breakdowns are important to fix timely for businesses and this company won't do you any favours.

We've bought a couple of Toyota Huski Skid Steers from these guys for our small business. The sales guy was great, the follow up service has been great, the machines have been great and when I requested high resolution photos of the machine for our new website via their contact page, the general manager of marketing & business development responded and had the images to me in less than 24 hours. Now that's service.

John I agree with you. Extremely dishonest staff here. My husband dealt with these guys and got screwed bad nearly sent our business south.

The most dishonest staff here! The sales person Ross Hourigan is the most dishonest person I have ever met. A true sleazy sales person giving advice to small business owners that is unwarranted and untrue. I witnessed this first hand.

I would NOT shop here for any forklifts, I have spoken to a few small business owners who have been sold something that is for a big business when they were moving 1 pallet a day.

All in the name of making money.

Disgraceful.
