5 I bought a lot of toys two days ago and was pretty happy with the service on that day.
On Christmas Eve I returned to the store as two of the toys I purchased where damaged. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted to exchange them as they are Christmas gifts. Girl at the counter was very standoffish and when I asked to speak to the manager she was very rude and wouldn’t look me in the eye without a receipt. Their store price tags were still on the toys!
If you don’t like working in a toy shop lady, I suggest you change career.
Thanks for nothing toy mate. Won’t be shopping here again.
In future I will travel a little further to toy world on Sydney road. Better prices. Nicer employees.
They lie about their stock levels.
They apparently had 30 of an item in Stock, arrived at the store to find they not only didn't reserve one as per my request, but they said they had no stock and had never seen that item before in their lives despite having it as part of their catalogue.clueless.
I always end up finding something good for kids here, and it's my go-to place for shopping for kids Birthdays
