Toymate Highpoint

They don't answer the phone. If your after a particular item your best option is to role the dice and hope they have stock or shop elsewhere

My favourite toy store in all of Melbourne. It has a large range, that allows me to wander and let my inner child run free. The staff are so very polite and friendly. I really enjoy simply browsing in this store. If I had the money, I would be poor with a house full of toys and collectibles. Hahaha.

Isobella went above and beyond her job description, to help us find some Pokémon character, she showed us a pic on her phone, to help us identify what we were looking for, a present for my partners son, thanks she is a credit to your business

Took my USA visitors who wished to purchase some Lego for our grandchildren to Highpoint Toymate. Wow the customer service by Geoff was the best l have received in quite a few years from anywhere. Toymate this will mean that any future toys WILL be purchased from Highpoint.

TJ has been fantastic in assisting us in buying a stroller today. She is very helpful, friendly and able to give us the best price.

It has always been fun and enjoyable visit especially for kids as they have provided an area for kids to play while we can go around shopping.

It’s a wonderful plan for a kid to go there and enjoy all the abundant variety of toys.
While I was there I felt a bit left alone as a customer. Staff members are nice and friendly but maybe too busy or scarce and I had to wait long to get their attention to ask a couple of questions.
I checked on backpack for toddlers with a safety lead attached to it. The last item in stock was $40 and it was too dirty in the straps. Was not fair to charge the full price in that conditions.
Still has many customer service details to work on, but good variety to find a nice present for kids.

Collection is better than Toy World. Teams are very friendly and eager to serve whereas at toy world staffs are mostly busy chatting with each other. Recently bought some toys at Toymate and I was struggling to carry them. The staff who served me offered me trolley and put the toys inside. Can't recall her name but staff like them makes a huge difference. Definitely ill go and shop there.

Item not in stock even tho I called to check that it was.and staff were rude when I asked a question

I rang the store today to confirm there was stock of a particular item I was after. I was told there were 9 available so I drove there specifically (30mins away), only to arrive and be told that the system was incorrect, and in fact there were none available in store. This wasn’t the team member’s fault but no less, I was inconvenienced and very disappointed.reference: intex dinosaur play centre.

Absolutely impressed by how good the staff is at this store. I have been here twice and they are always friendly and always helpful!

Had a fantastic experience in the store today workers are very helpful.
The store is well kept and very clean. I'll definitely be doing my gift shopping for kids here from now on

They have the music blaring so loud that i needed to yell just to talk to my wife standing next to me.
Terrible service, when asking for something we are just told "it should be over in that section there, just go and have a look".
Think I will stick with the store at watergardens.

Check your receipts because we were over charged over $40. After explaining how they over charged us they ignored us. Terrible service, ignorant kids. Hire some people who know how to do basic maths or some people with good customer service. Horrible service and will tell people not to come

Flynn and his team has been amazing. We have lost our child’s water bottle during our visit last week. I was purely trying my luck by emailing the support team whether they can help me pass on my request to the Highpoint store as it was a sentimental item for my child. Within same day I receive an email from the support team to confirm they have passed on the message and within the same afternoon the team at HighPoint contacted me that they have kept the water bottle aside ready for us to pick up
If this customer service is not #1 who else will
On our initial visit we were aL ready amazed by the shop. The selections were huge. You even get to sit and relax half way through why your kids playing in the play area! What a smart idea!
Well done Highpoint team. Keep it up

Item on display had no price attached. Unable to determine its actual cost. After dealing with four inexperienced staff, a price was given based on the same item on another company’s website at twice the quoted price. Terrible experience

What an amazing addition to Highpoint Shopping Centre. This store is absolutely amazing- huge range of toys and brands, plus prams, cots, all baby needs etc, such an impressive variety and the prices we noticed were excellent, and some great sale items too. Will definetly be back, so impressed with this store and all the goodies we could buy for our young son! Staff were also very friendly and the store is spotless, highly recommend.

A great new addition to Highpoint Shopping Centre, Tómatelo gas a geat variety of toys for young and old.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the ambience is very bright and colourful, with lots to see, with a playground atea for kids.
Definitely a must go to place.
