This place is so huge. It has every single toy you could think of. It has seperate sections for different ages and different brands of toys. It also has lots of outdoor activities and toys. The prices are really good and much cheaper than toy world etc. But some times things are more expensive when you can just go to Kmart or big w to get the same thing half of the price. Overall fantastic place.would highly recommend

Went there today for my two boys to spend their money box content for the year. As an adult, I was myself amazed at the set up of the shop and the variety. Kids had lots and lots of coins (20 cents, 10 cents). The ladies at the counter were most patient and helpful and so nice to the kids. 5 stars for everything for us.

Massive range of items. Cleverly sectioned. Was disappointed in the lack of diversity among the dolls stocked. Was also difficult to navigate the store with a pram, as various boxes amd displays were in the way.

They can’t transfer between stores which is ridiculous, disgusting customer service! Will never go back here again. A simple gesture could have been done but they are pathetic!

Really disappointed in the resolution of the situation at hand. I was charged for a children's name plaque which wasnt in the bag when I had arrived home and called to enquire about the matter- I was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. I even requested if they could do a quick check on the camera if I provided the time of the transaction.considering that I have spent thousands of dollars in this store this year and was just about to drop a whole heap more before Christmas. I definitely wont be returning. The customer service was just.disappointing. It's not even about the petty $10. It's about how the situation was handled.

Huge range of toys/games and wrappings in a huge premises, laid out in convenient categories at extremely competitive prices. We take our grand children in there before special occasions and take pictures of them individually with the things they like the most.then go back later and buy them.

Really strict 14 day returns/exchange policy, asked if I could exchange an item or get a store credit for a doubled up birthday gift that I purchased 3 weeks prior, staff declined to help. If you are shopping for Christmas or birthday's give this place a miss. Most of the big box retailers have better return policies and they charge the same.

Good toy shop but the whole store smells like an open sewer. The last 3 times I went, months apart, it stunk so badly I couldn’t spend more than a couple of minutes in there and left with a headache. I feel sorry for the staff.

Great toy shop with lots of variety for all ages, very clean & very friendly helpful service from staff.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a product that showed it was in stock. After weeks of having no update on when the item would be delivered, so I looked back online and saw it was now showing as not in stock. I emailed to ask why I had no communication about this change. I got a response saying they were looking into it and no response for another 2 weeks after that.
Unfortunately the birthday party is today that the gift I purchased 7 weeks was for. No follow up like I was told there would be, no product delivered and now no birthday present for the birthday girl. Very disappointing.

Amazing place to get toys for kids, adults or for the whole family. Also quality and range of products are very good.

Price match on the store - don’t believe that it’s a joke.asked to price match an item told me that it should be with in 30 kms from the store and the prices are high compare to toy r us and other retailers.never recommend.staff are friendly.

Excellent place to buy toys/games for kids. Huge range and well stocked. Easy parking is also a bonus.

Not only am I a parent, I am a MAJOR toy enthusiast myself and I was blown away with your selection and fantastic layout. Every time I have been in the store, I have had something in my hands to purchase within the first minute or so.
Thank you Toymate Narre Warren for your outstanding service. I have been into your store in Narre Warren now at least 5+ times over this last month and I am blown away by the friendly, helpful staff. They have consistently price matched and Manager Jess C went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was a 5 star one!

Don't shop here. Received a toy as a gift for Christmas which failed straight out of the box, returned to the store and they didn't want to know about it. It's a shame stores like toys r us have gone under as they were always very helpful.

Absolutely love this toy store. We have been here several times now. There are hundreds of toys at great prices. There are sections for each toy category (role play, pre school etc) Zippay available too. Would recommend to anyone
