Ordered a few small sets. 1
Set was missing a few pieces but once I emailed back, Dean was quick to send the missing pieces out. Great service and will definitely be buying again.

This place is amazing, jigsaw Lego this is seriously huge plus spare Lego parts for sets with missing pieces.

I love this place! There is so much LEGO and LEGO related products, as well as some, shall we say, "LEGO adjacent brands" and "unofficial regional variants" that are always amazing to discover.

I particularly love the large amount of "Black Box" kits for the older builder.

Have been visiting since opening, and service has always been fantastic. Pick up during covid was easy, and when I visited last week for my daughters bday the staff where a great source of knowledge. The displays are great for the kids and adults alike, the vintage sets are really cool and the pricing is extremely competative.

Big thanks to Dean and the fantastic staff at Toybricks and The Big Brick. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. I was able to get multiple custom design pieces and the staff were also nice enough to put together a pre-printed custom piece for me as it was a gift for someone and I wanted to give it completed but I didn't have time (or patience) to put it together myself. Can't recommend this place highly enough for great unique gifts for both kids and adults.

Love driving up to Bayswater for no reason because you can’t be bothered updating the opening hours on Google to say you’re closed. To be honest you have no excuse, you log into your business account and put in that you’re closed on the public holiday - it takes a minute and it isn’t hard. Don’t think I will bother making the long trip again

Dean, Shelly and the team give awesome service. Their knowledge is 2nd to none! The range of stock is better than most. I would highly recommend shopping here for Lego, games, puzzles and the like.

Absolutely amazing staff who go above and beyond. Amazingly friendly and helpful over the phone and click and collect is ready in a matter of minutes.

Great selection of lego in store and helpful staff. However done an order online and now stuck. Noone answers phones or replies to emails.

Shelly, Dean and Angus are passionate about their Lego, puzzles and D and D. The store is a wonderland of collectables for all ages, highly recommend you check it out. Absolutely amazing.

Lovely staff, great range of not only Lego sets and bricks, but they also have hobby storage, puzzles, games and other hobby products.

They have a phenomenal selection of genuine LEGO sets (even if it's all not listed on the website), but the loose pieces and extras (like light sets) just top it off.

I love this shop, they stock almost everything LEGO fans young and old want, prices are good and staff very helpful.
